Horrible, Hot, and unacceptable
Pros:

The area it's in is nice.

Cons:

The air wasn't working we got moved to a new room that air didn't work, they took over 3 hours to move us anyways and by the time we was moved the room still didn't have air by then it was so late I had to have surgery the next morning, so I just stayed and sweated in a new room with no fridge , my husband is diabetic he wasn't able to store his insulin properly luckily he only wasted one dose instead of a full bottle. the lady at the desk offered me Marriott points I'm not even a member of . I work in a hotel.. very unacceptable in this heat.thats sad! And the insulin isn't cheap at all . Plus we had to pay 30 to park. I can list more.

Pros:

I would like to give a big shout out to Jess, Tam, Gianna, Rose and Jose. These people made my stay a great one. I've been traveling to the Nashville area now for the past two months and wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. The staff there is top notch! Very inviting and they always remember my name each time I come back. Would recommend this anytime. Thanks you guys!

Pros:

Moxy Vanderbilt is a fun hotel walking distance to a nice neighborhood with lots of stores and restaurants. Also walking distance to Vanderbilt. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Pool table downstairs is a plus.

Cons:

Check in was a little slow.

Absolutely ridiculous!
Pros:

The decorations in the lobby.

Cons:

Everything else.. the A/C didn't work in the first room so they moved us then around 10pm the a/c stopped working in the new room. They charged us $50 for parking and not to mention there was no mini fridge or free coffee anywhere. For the price of this hotel I could have went to a WAYYY nicer Wyndham! So very disappointed and the worst part was we were there to have a procedure the next morning for my baby at Monroe Childrens. Absolutely will NOT be back!
