Fantastic rooms. Very spacious.
NA
Room had a large fridge, well-equipped kitchenette with sink, and the ability to request an electric hot plate. Lots of desk style space to put things, a desk and office chair, a sitting area with a sofa(? Pullout) separating it from the sleeping area with a curtain. The curtain also shielded the sleeping space from the lights in the sitting and the bathroom area.
Lobby had self-serve apples, hot water, coffee, and tea available throughout the day, a welcome bag with water bottles for the guests.
Breakfast was ok. Hot food (biscuits, eggs, sausage, etc) was lukewarm. Egg patties and the boiler eggs had an unexpected weird texture. Oatmeal was alright.
Also, there was a smoking area just outside the main door of the hotel. Unwelcome for people entering or leaving.
Breakfast was good, but not enough gluten free or fruit options. Also, the dining area was really nice! The location was great.
The appliances in the room and the bedding did not look clean.
Never got to eat breakfast because I didn't get to stay there. You took my money but I didn't stay. I stayed across the street and it was very decent. If you hadn't taken my money, I would have come to you
I didn't like the fact that you charged me for a full night of a 100. And $50 when I did not stay there. I got in late and I stayed across the street and it was very nice
So I can't say how your facility was because you only charged me for a room. That I didn't even stay in
Clean, comfortable room in great condition, very friendly staff.
This wasn’t the hotel’s fault, but Saturday night there were several rooms running up and down the halls, slamming and banging on doors and screaming until almost midnight. I called the front desk at 10pm and they were very understanding and sent someone up to ask the group to quiet down. I had to call again at 11 because they hadn’t stopped yet and staff was again very helpful and sent someone up which seemed to have solved the issue.
On Sunday I set my diaper bag down and accidentally left it when I checked out. I called the staff and explained what happened and they were very friendly and put the bag behind the desk until I could come back to pick it up.
The breakfast bar was terrible both days of our stay, barely any food and the food available was cold.
Clean room, comfortable bed, good shower pressure. Breakfast options were great.
Pets are allowed and a nearby guest had a dog that barked nonstop for the first few hours we were there .
The room was clean and loved the shower.
Where the TV was on the wall and the pool was cold with not much heat.
The pool was nice
Overcharged on my account. Ruined my entire stay. Im still waiting for the first charges to come back to my account.
Good location right off the highway, just a few minutes away from local amenities. This is a new looking facility with HOT water, great water pressure, and simple but modern rooms. Rooms included dishwasher, plates, silverware, bowls, microwave and large refrigerator. Exercise room was well appointed for a hotel of this size with a bike, elliptical, 2 treadmills, free weights up to 70 lb, a bench, yoga mats, kettle bells. Pool was simple but the area was clean and there was ample seating.
There is room for improvement in the area of service. On our stay towels were missing from exercise room and pool and had to be requested at front desk. Restroom near the pool was dirty and had a trash can overflowing with paper towels. Upon checkout, there was nobody at the front desk. I waited around about 5 minutes since I had few questions. Made a cup of coffee. A maintenance guy and a breakfast worker were in the back swearing and arguing about schedules or something so I just left my key cards on the desk and left.
Biggest disappointment was the 'free' breakfast. A promotional poster in the elevator promised custom crafted sandwiches with cage free eggs, small batch made yogurt, all natural cheeses, etc. I thought for a minute I messed up and this premium breakfast was not included with my stay. Turns out the breakfast was included and there were premium ingredients, but they were first come first served and then cold or not refilled. In 2 mornings of breakfast, there were never any glasses for juices, ran out of butter and had to ask. Ran out of bagels and muffins both days. Ran out of wheat bread one day. No spray for the waffle iron, so one of the 2 left a gross burnt black residue on the waffles. Before they ran out, the cheese was a much better quality than I normally expect, they had a chicken sausage and a pork sausage option, and they had a fun chipotle maple syrup. However, the hot foods were not kept warm in their cabinet. It appeared they had just one breakfast attendant and he was not around the front much. If breakfast is listed as 6 to 10 am, I don't expect them to be running out of items at 7:30!
Overall, this is a good place to stay for a night or even longer, but be warned that if they don't get the breakfast service dialed in then you might be better off planning on another option.
It was very close to my destination.
Breakfast could be a little better. And still replenish until about 15 minutes before cleanup time.
Location and Staff.
The cleanliness, quality and variety of the breakfast.
