it was a hotel. nothing was special. room was dirty

Cons:

room was dirty. found grape stems on the floor, q tip on the floor, room was dingy and had stains all over the roof, beds were not comfortable, wash rag by sink had dirt spots on it, shower curtain rod was broken and hanging

Always stay here when come to Corpus Cristi
Pros:

The property was clean and modern. Breakfast was good. We always stay at this hotel when we come to Corpus Cristi. Highly recommend!

Would pay $100 more for a higher end hotel
Cons:

The pool is about the size of a mid-size sedan and had visible dirt covering the bottom. The outdoor furniture is old, worn out, and in need of replacement.

During our entire 5-night stay, not once were our linens or towels replaced. We eventually had to go to the front desk to request clean towels. The front desk employee asked whether we booked directly through the hotel or through a third party. When I told him we booked through Booking.com, he said that’s why our room hadn’t been serviced because they “take care of members first.” That is one of the most outrageous excuses I’ve ever heard. Paying guests should receive the same basic housekeeping service regardless of how the reservation was made.

To make matters worse, the following day my husband personally asked the housekeeping staff to change our bedding, yet no one ever came to our room. It was extremely disappointing to pay for a hotel stay and have to repeatedly ask for basic housekeeping services that should have been provided automatically.

Teníamos el check in y nos dijeron que no tenían ninguna habitación disponible, que teníamos que esperar. Aunque les preguntamos cuánto tardaría, no nos dieron una hora.

The entire staff was very friendly and cordial. This really stood out to us.The breakfast was outstanding and great value for the money. Interior design was updated and was fresh.bed great and overall a great stay.
