Great staff and quality stay.
Pros:

Staff were exceptional. Emilio had great suggestions for dinner a nd drinks. Mary, the shuttle driver is funny and sweet. She is a treasure.

Cons:

Our AC ticked and made weird noises all night.

Cons:

I think the housekeeping staff needs to be a little bit more attentive into the amount of towels that they left the second night. I was there. They left only two bath towels, absolutely no washcloths, and two little hand towels, and there was two of us once a teenage girl with really long hair two bath towels is not gonna cut it.

Amazing service
Pros:

The staff were extremely helpful and keep there guests in mind at all hours of the day. The lobby and the M CLUB were extremely well kept.

Great stay!
Pros:

Emilio Mora went above and beyond we needed to print my son’s parking pass for move-in day at the University of Wisconsin. He helped figure out our issue and happily solved our problem! Great service!

Came for Coldplay, had a great time because this hotel made it easy and they were nice.
Pros:

Very cozy and comfortable. Came for the Coldplay concert. They were running a shuttle for $10 per person. They made the experience so easy and enjoyable. The employees were so nice too!
