Pros:

Room was comfortable and clean. Service was excellent, and you cannot beat the location. We walked to meals, the Hall of Fame, and Huntington Bank Park.

Cons:

I didn’t like the fact that the hotel was VERY expensive! On top of that you also had to pay for parking which was extremely expensive! The rooms had no microwave we were from another state and things started to become very expensive. Staff wasn’t friendly at all! I would not recommend your hotel for future visits!

I would definitely choose to stay at the Cleveland Westin Downtown again.
Pros:

The renovations are very attractive and very functional in the rooms. Everything was immaculate and the housekeeping staff was surperb! Breakfast in the restaurant was delicious. The waiter was friendly, efficient, and attentative!

Cons:

The location of our room was next to the staff service room and close to the elevators. So that made the noise level a bit bothersome. That could be due in part to my booking the reservation with only five rooms that size still remaining.

The front desk staff was not always attentive or the friendliest. The Lobby Greeter was great in the regard!

A nicely appointed room, a good restaurant with pricey on-site parking.
Pros:

Our stay was very comfortable! The room was clean and nicely decorated. It was in a very good location and the restaurant was lively. Our meal was very good as well as the cocktails!

Cons:

I didn't like the exorbitant price for parking. That could have been mentioned when I made the reservation. I did go through a third party to book; but I saw no mention that the cost would be so high. Also in my booking, it was mentioned that we would have a waterfront view, which we barely did (a sliver of a view between the buildings).

zero stars. awful.
Cons:

we are gold members. they charged us $35 to get access to our room 90 minutes.

when we checked in, we were informed that there would be no water from 10p until 5a. the water come back on around 10a, which was too late for us to shower. we had to go to a restaurant to use a toilet and wash our hands.
