It was ok.
Pros:

The lounge

Cons:

Everything was closed for Labor Day. No breakfast, no coffee. Also, it’s right next to the highway and an on ramp - the noise of the traffic kept us awake

I liked the pool and lounge. Great view and amazing food in lounge.

Cons:

I did not like the lack of decent pillows, no blanket for pullout bed, bad lighting in bathroom, shower door wouldn't shut, 2 towels for 3 people, snack room was closed at 1am, roller doors separating rooms were off track, and the lack of outlets for my cpap and phone charger. Also between booking.com and the hotel i was double charged for the room and I've yet to get a refund just them placing blame on each other.

Nice hotel, questionable temperature control
Pros:

Clean, quiet room

Cons:

The AC was set to 60 degrees when we got in the room. We turned the temp up and after a while the AC/heat shut off. The maintenance fellow came to the room and told us they just put a new “system” in and the breakers keep tripping, but he assured us that he fixed ours. And he suggested we set the temp at 72 (too cold for my husband). It shut down again. We didn’t want to be doing that all night so we requested a refund and left. The lady at the registration desk was very nice and disagreed with what the maintenance guy said.

Excellent! Would definitely stay again.
Pros:

Located right near the river downtown Cuyahoga Falls about 10 minutes from. Cuyahoga Valley National Park. We came for the hiking and knew very little about the hotel, just booked because of the river. So glad we did. Hotel was beautiful, location was so much fun. It’s right down town in the historic district so there was lots of shops and restaurants. The city also held a movie in the park right across the street from the hotel near the splash pad with lots of fun activities for kids for free. It was all around such a fun time. The staff was amazing.

Cons:

We went to eat outside at the membership lounge and all the chairs were broken. Also, the elevator to the rocks was out of commission.

Cons:

Old furniture and unfriendly stuff on the check in. We changed the room twice. We asked for a room to the other side of the street. We got one the next day, but the AC was not working. We booked for 3 nights, but left after the first night.

Good choice for location
Pros:

The hotel was lovely, clean and renovated room. Staff was very polite and professional, great food and good service

Cons:

The main restaurant dining room closed on Sunday pm....only bar seating available and short staffed.

Also, pool had wig hairs and water was very cloudy
Some.places online say hot tub but it was closed out couple years ago

The breakfast buffet was excellent with many choices as well as vegetables and breads. The staff was very friendly and respectful.

Cons:

The room was very clean but the fixtures are outdated. They needed to be upgraded many years ago. Particularly in the bathroom.

Pros:

The front desk was exceptional I believed Jeff was at the front. Staff was understanding and patient. the room was great and was exactly what was seen on the website but exceeded my expectations.
me and my wife enjoyed it and plan on making that our hotel of choice during any visit that we make to Ohio in the future.

Pros:

The Staff at the reception very friendly and great location .

Cons:

We don't recommend this hotel at all.
Housekeeping and maintenance very bad.
My daughter got a blanket completely filled with dark mold, absolutely disgusting and unhealthy, and worse than that when we asked to changed it they did it but left the filthy one in the floor in the middle of the room.
Disgusting.
We will not came again.
