Room was perfect, beds and pillows very comfortable. Breakfast was good.
The A/C unit made a vibrating sound each time it ran. The water temp in the shower was great, but the shower head had a lot of clogged holes so the spray was minimal.

Room smelled like a dog, and the extra to pay for parking and live security on site, only a camera and multiple vehicles broken into , thank God my vehicle was not vandalized
This facility will not get mine or my family members business if we decide to finish our travels. They don’t answer there calls and never respond to messages. They have no heart and I have always thought people in Texas were nice.
The room and bed was comfortable, but Rosa made the experience unforgettable with her fabulous customer service and the delicious salsa!

We recently completed a three‑day stay at this property with our family, and it was an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience, particularly when traveling with children.
At check‑in, the property looked promising and the front‑line staff were polite. Unfortunately, that was the only positive part of our stay. From day one, the experience quickly went downhill due to multiple unresolved maintenance issues and, even worse, complete silence from hotel management despite repeated follow‑ups.
Issues faced during our stay:
Garbage disposal not working – Reported immediately. An engineer arrived the next morning and informed us that the entire unit needed replacement. By then, half of our stay was already over, and no alternative solution was offered.
Dishwasher not working – It worked only on the first day and failed for the remaining two days. This became a serious inconvenience, especially since the sink was already unusable.
Hair dryer not working
Torn sofa – Clearly damaged furniture in the room.
Cracks in the walls – Visible and unacceptable for a property charging premium rates.
What makes this experience completely unacceptable is the absolute lack of response and accountability from management. Despite sending multiple emails and follow‑ups and attempting to reach out for acknowledgment or resolution, the hotel property manager , never responded—not even a courtesy acknowledgment. No call back. No email. Nothing.
This level of indifference after such a poor stay clearly shows that guest concerns are simply ignored once payment is taken. It reflects extremely poorly on the management and overall customer service standards of this property.
Bottom line:
This property may look appealing at first glance, but poor maintenance and a completely unresponsive management team ruin the experience. I would strongly NOT recommend this hotel, especially if you are traveling with family or kids. Save yourself the inconvenience, frustration, and disappointment—look elsewhere.
