Worse experience
Pros:

The hotel lobby seemed nice. The stuff 100% incompetent in the moment.

Cons:

We had been traveling since 6am, went to our event, decided by 9pm that it was getting too late to drive home and we wanted to enjoy our event longer. We made a reservation on booking.com. we even prepaid the room. When we came to get our room at 130am, the front desk agent stated he couldn't find a reservation. I provided the receipt as well as confirmation number. He simply said you'll have to call booking.com customer service. I did, they called the property and confirmed everything was done correctly. The front desk agent made us wait another 30 minutes and still refused us a room because there was no manager in at that time. We had to drive home another 6hrs!! This incident put our lives at risk, and has caused great stress. I highly suggest booking a different hotel. This one is absolutely horrible in hospitality and customer service!! 0/10 DO NOT recommend.

Clean and comfortable
Pros:

The hotel staff at the front desk were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious, perfect for families. The beds were comfortable, and a simple breakfast was included in the room rate. Highly recommended.

This has become my go to staycation whenever i want a home away from home
Pros:

The rooms are spacious, fit for a family get away, located in the heart of town, costco and mandarin restaurant is at the back of the property, breakfast is breakfasting.
