Pros:

Beautiful beachfront location and well-kept exteriors
Refurbished rooms with good bedding and many USB/charging ports
Spa and saltwater pool praised
Good Wi‑Fi coverage
Cons:
Inconsistent housekeeping timing in bungalows

Occasional mishandling/delay with towels and lost items

Categories

Cleanliness
8
Generally clean throughout the property and guests repeatedly note good housekeeping and tidy rooms, though some reviews mention inconsistent timing of cleaning in bungalows.
Service
8.6
Staff described as warm, professional and attentive in many reviews (friendly reception, excellent restaurant staff and helpful lifeguard). Some isolated service lapses noted (only one key card given, delayed towel service, occasional mishandling of lost items).
Location
8.4
Beachfront location and attractive exteriors are praised; bungalows and outdoor areas are highly rated. Sea access was affected early in stays by numerous jellyfish, reducing beach usability for some days.
Room Quality
8.4
Rooms/bungalows are described as recently refurbished, spacious with excellent bedding and many USB/charging ports; however a few guests report weak air conditioning in some rooms.
Amenities
8.3
Good amenities overall: saltwater pool, multiple pools, spa and quality massages are highlighted. Pools became crowded when the sea was affected by jellyfish, which reduced enjoyment at times.
Value for Money
7.6
Mixed perceptions of value: repeat guests are satisfied, but some guests felt rates were high (one cited paying much more than another guest), leading to occasional complaints about price vs. experience.
Food and Beverage
8.7
Food and buffets receive very strong praise (varied, high quality, good local specialties); a few reports mention slow service and long waits at the restaurant on busy occasions.
Overall Experience
8.4
Majority of reviews describe an excellent, enjoyable stay with many guests planning to return; positive atmosphere, good food and friendly staff, tempered by some operational issues (AC, housekeeping timing, occasional crowding).

Pros:
