Un séjour parfait, à refaire sans hésiter ! Hâte d’y retourner.
Pros:

Mon séjour à l’hôtel a été très agréable. Nous avons eu la belle surprise d’être surclassés dans une superbe suite, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus exceptionnel. Tout était parfait et nous n’avons absolument rien à reprocher concernant le séjour.

Le service était excellent et le personnel, toujours souriant, agréable, à l’écoute et aux petits soins pour les clients.

J’ai déjà eu l’occasion de séjourner plusieurs fois dans cet hôtel et c’est toujours un réel plaisir d’y revenir. Une très belle expérience, comme à chaque fois, et j’ai déjà hâte d’y être à nouveau !

Chambre refaite à neuf
Plein de prises et de ports USB dans la chambre
Bonne connexion wifi partout dans l’hôtel (même à la plage)
La piscine à l’eau salée

Cons:

Ils donnent pas deux cartes clés. C’est galère. On passe notre temps à se chercher sous le soleil brûlant quand on veut rentrer dans le chambre.

On rentre à midi prendre la douche. Pas de serviette. Ils les prennent puis n’en ramènent des propres que plus tard dans l’après midi.

J’ai laissé ma paire de claquettes à côté du transat. Je rentre un peu après la fermeture de la piscine, je ne la trouve pas. Je demande partout. Personne ne l’a vue. La galère sans claquettes le soir et le lendemain matin. Le lendemain je cherche encore et il s’avère que c’est le maître nageur qui l’a trouvée et l’a mise à l’abri. Il aurait pu la remettre à l’accueil ou tout simplement la laisser à sa place.

Un très bel hôtel familial où les buffets sont excellents.
Pros:

Les extérieurs sont beaux, les bungalows spacieux et magnifiques avec une literie excellente.
La nourriture ( en particulier les spécialités locales ) est variée et de très grande qualité.
Le spa est très agréable, le massage par Khouloud , un vrai moment de détente.

Cons:

Le ménage dans les bungalows ( nous en avions 3 ) quasi jamais au moment souhaité et qui ne tenait pas toujours compte de nos demandes.
Les nombreuses méduses dans l’ espace de baignade qui ont rendu la mer impraticable les premiers jours. C’ est vraiment très dommage car la plage est superbe et très bien aménagée.
Du coup les piscines étaient bondées et vraiment pas agréables.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Dès mon arrivée, j’ai été accueillie par un personnel chaleureux, bienveillant et toujours souriant.

La nourriture était tout simplement exceptionnelle : délicieuse, savoureuse et variée. Le buffet offrait un vaste choix de plats de grande qualité. Les chefs, le personnel de restauration et les serveurs étaient accueillants, attentionnés et toujours aux petits soins pour les clients.

Le service était irréprochable : l’équipe était professionnelle, à l’écoute et réactive face aux imprévus, ce qui a rendu mon séjour encore plus agréable.

Je me suis sentie complètement détendue, reposée et choyée tout au long de mes vacances.

Je recommande cet hôtel sans la moindre hésitation.

C’est certain, j’y retournerai avec grand plaisir !
