Service client absent et facture toujours non reçue presque 3 semaines

J'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel récemment et, malheureusement, mon expérience avec le service client est très décevante.
Bien que le séjour se soit déroulé, je me retrouve aujourd'hui face à un problème administratif persistant : il m'est impossible d'obtenir ma facture. Cela fait environ 3 semaines que j'en fais la demande répétée via leurs canaux de communication. À chaque contact, on me répond invariablement que ma demande sera traitée, mais aucune suite n'est donnée.

Message aux responsables de l’hôtel: Le service client ne s'arrête pas à la fin du séjour ; il fait partie intégrante de l'expérience globale. Être ignoré pendant trois semaines pour un document comptable élémentaire est inacceptable pour un établissement de ce standing. Je suis très déçu par ce manque de sérieux et de professionnalisme. J'espère que cet avis permettra enfin de faire bouger les choses

A Stay That Exceeded Expectations
Pros:

The hotel is truly charming, with beautifully decorated rooms and a wide variety of food options. The Wi-Fi connection is excellent, making the stay even more comfortable.
What really made the experience outstanding, however, was the staff. Special thanks to Mr. Baligh at reception for his professionalism and warm welcome, as well as to the housekeeping team, the animation team especially Oumaima and the talented chef who prepared exceptional dishes. The bar staff also stood out for their professionalism and friendliness.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are already planning to return soon. Many thanks to everyone at Steigenberger for such a memorable experience.

Séjour inoubliable en famille
Pros:

Établissement magnifique, les chambres sont très belles. Propreté irréprochable. Buffet varié et travaillé. 2 belles piscines extérieures et 1 intérieure chauffée pour les frileux . Les prestations du spa sont de belle qualité . Tout le personnel est d’une incroyable gentillesse

Fabulous
Pros:

We had an amazing stay, it really exceeded our expectations. We had a bungalow by the pool with a balcony and it was so spacious and had a huge bed. The bathroom had shampoo, body wash and moisturiser (no conditioner though) and there were bathrobes and slippers. The cleaners were great and left flowers on the bed each day 🥰 All the staff were unbelievably friendly and helpful. We ate at the BBQ restaurant most days for lunch and there was always a great selection and lovely to see the food being BBQed in front of you whilst looking at the sea. Moez did a great job. The main restaurant was great, again really good options each day. The waiters at the pool bar were brilliant, ensuring you had a drink at all times. The lifeguards immediately got you a pad for your sun lounger when you choose a bed. There are two lovely swimming pools and while the beach is not private there are son loungers dedicated to guests and they have security guards who keep sellers away from the area so you can opt to buy if you wish but are not harassed. The spa was lovely and we had great treatments. Eman provided a fabulous lymphatic drainage facial. There are tennis courts, table tennis and pool table. The Animation team were amazing, we enjoyed the dance show and circus where there were incredible gymnasts. We did yoga on the beach with Lala which was brilliant. We would definitely return.

Cons:

The only negative was figuring out how to book the restaurants for themed nights, you couldn’t book at reception and had to wait till a certain time and visit a specific head waiter so it was too much hassle.

Séjour très agréable dans un personnel très sympathique
Pros:

Hôtel très agréable, personnel très gentil qui propose constamment pleins d’activités! Super équipements et piscines. Le wifi est excellent.

Cons:

Dommage qu’on ne puisse pas aller sur la plage sans se faire alpaguer pour des pièges à touristes.
