Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, nos hospedamos para un concierto en plaza de toros y llegamos caminando sin mayor problema, la zona es muy bonita y tranquila, la cama y las almohadas super cómodas.
El hotel es mucho mejor de lo que se ve en las fotos.

Cons:

Nada, todo estuvo excelente.

Lástima de servicio
Pros:

Algunos empleados hacen la diferencia, son amables y muy atentos, pero desafortunadamente por un empleado que decidió conservar mi cargador de celular prácticamente todos sean medidos con la misma medida.

Cons:

La habitación tiene una maquina que da a una puerta, la cual hace bastante ruido y calienta la habitación, desafortunadamente el aire acondicionado no es lo suficientemente potente para enfriar la habitación, llamamos para verificar, pero nos indicaron que ya estaba al máximo de enfriamiento, por lo que tuvimos que abrir las ventanas para poder enfriar un poco la habitación.
Por otro lado, olvidé un cargador de celular, desafortunadamente al llamar para poder solicitar que algún compañero pudiera pasar por él, me indicaron primero que sí lo tenían, pero después que no habían encontrado nada, lo cual es muy molesto, pues yo sé donde quedó, pero alguien del hotel decidió conservarlo.
El hotel el bonito, pero no lo recomiendo, hay otras opciones en la misma zona.

Me volveria a hospedar
Pros:

EL desayuno fue simplemente increíble, tenían una buena variedad y, la verdad, personalmente el mejor tocino que he probado en la vida. Todo el staff del alojamiento fue muy amable y cuidó mis maletas, ya que llegué muy temprano a la ciudad, varias horas antes del check-in. ¡También la ubicación del alojamiento fue excelente, muy céntrica para poder turistear!

Cons:

Lo único que no me gustó fue que el boiler que tienen para la habitación es de paso, porque es complicado bañarse; el agua sale hirviendo o helada, no hay punto medio.

Fabulous location, nice property, needs a bit of TLC
Pros:

This is my 2nd stay. I want to thank Graciela and Diana, receptionists, good job. Housekeeper, Guadalupe, ok job. Room #203 needs attn from maintenance dept: bathroom faucet leaks a lot; kitchenette could use some more thorough cleaning. Bathroom and bedroom linens are quite old and shabby. It would be nice to have true white bedbathroom linens, rather than gray.

The location is excellent, I will go back when I need to.

As stated above. Bathroom and bedroom linens need a lot of attention. Also the kitchenette needs cleaning.

He estado en 2 ocasiones me ha encantado la atención de las chicas en el desayuno creo un poquito mejor que cuando no atendió un chico pero el desayuno muy rico.
