It was my first time coming to Japan & really enjoyed my stay at Slash Kawasaki Hotel.
Pros:

The hotel was very clean, with excellent customer service. I especially loved the thoughtful rooftop cinema experience for guests. It was my birthday trip to Japan, and the staff surprised me with beautiful handmade artificial flowers 💐, which made my stay even more special. Thank you!

Cons:

There was a slight language barrier, but the staff communicated well with guests. The main downside was that the hotel restaurant was often fully booked in advance, making dinner reservations difficult for the guests within the hotel.

大満足でした。
Pros:

とても清潔感があってよかった。朝食がとても美味しくて大満足でした。コーヒーサービスやビールサービスもありお得感がありました。
ベットの角度が変えれるので快適にでした。

Cons:

スクリーンで動画を観れるのがあたらしくて面白いと思いましたが、普通のテレビも観れたらよかったです。

Pros:

从地铁站步行约需10分钟，位置是满意的，房间有点小，但因为是电动床，白天把床移起后，可走动的位置就多了。

Cons:

不满意的是早餐，只有固定的五款选择，厨房两三个女孩做出来，出品比较差，很难吃，如果增加几款日式的就会比较好。

リフレッシュ出来ました。
Pros:

シアターもあり、24時間フリーで使える飲食スペースがあった事と、朝ごはんにサービスで、サラダとヨーグルトが付いてきたり、今回使わなかったのだけど18時から宿泊者限定で、ビール飲み干しなのは良いなと思いました。

Cons:

駅と繁華から近いけれど、繁華が近いが故にちょっと外が騒がしく音が部屋中まで聞こえたのが少し残念でした。
