Good location, if you have low expectations.
Pros:

Location near with everything. Parking is easy if you're early.

Cons:

Poor water pressure in the toilet, droplets of water in shower, no lift, beware if you have heavy luggage. Took family room, 2 queen size bed with barely any room to wiggle.

The room is clean, bed is comfortable and aircon is working, but to request for official receipt is so difficult, never return for business trip

Cons:

The reception not able to provide an official receipt for me to claim, asking me to print the receipt provide by booking.com but the booking.com receipt does not have the info needed such as company number. After several rounds of negotiation and hour spending only the reception manage to produce the receipt with the assistance from HQ staff. If you are staying for a business trip and require official receipt, avoid this hotel

Cons:

Lack of communication about issues impacting my room (no water for one of the days of my stay). I had to ask for clean linens upon arrival and also when I was moved to another room. Bedding is not changed between guests.

Other than the sound of vehicles at night, we were please with room and facilities provided.
Pros:

The location is nearby my training venue.

Cons:

The room was not sound proof. We were able to hear the vehicle sound from the main road throughout the night.
