Great Location. Mediocre Amenities.
Pros:

I like the location. Staff is friendly. The bar is nice.

Cons:

The bed was not the best. The shower pressure was not the best. Breakfast was not the best because the price on the menu were wrong and not up to date. The oatmeal tasted burned.

Just barely met our overnight needs at PHL
Pros:

It met our needs. Shuttle was efficient; room contqained all the necessities. Staff were nice. Great bar and baqrtender.

Cons:

The keying system didn't work and it took about 30 minutes to get into our room. Fortunately, an extra staff ember came into work to help out and finally got our door open after 30 tries. We had no way to leave the room and get back in except that fortunately we didn't need to since we left at 4:40 a.m

OK, but property needs some cleaning and fixing.
Pros:

Front desk was amazing helping us deal with booking error.

Cons:

Room was not clean, several broken items. Booking.com took over 90 minutes to resolve simple issue.

If you value yourself, have self respect, DO NOT STAY HERE
Pros:

If you value your vehicle, avoid the Four Points Sheraton PHL at all costs. I stayed here and left my vehicle in what is advertised as a secure, monitored lot. Instead, thieves completely cut out my catalytic converter in broad daylight. When I brought this massive security breach to the attention of the management and front desk staff, the level of apathy was staggering. They shrugged it off, took zero accountability, and acted like I was minorly inconveniencing them by reporting a literal crime on their property. No apology, no attempt to help, nothing. They charge you to park here just to let your car get stripped for parts while they watch. Absolute joke of a hotel. Stay anywhere else. The hotel itself is also dirty and unkempt. There is a reason this hotel is so cheap. They didnt even toss me some courtesy Marriott points. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs!

Pros:

The hotel was fine but I feel booking messed up reservation. They didn’t have the reservation when I arrived. The desk fixed it, but my credit card was charged twice. I only stayed 1 night. Will not use Booking again

The checkin was terrible, the bed was hard and the AC could not be adjusted properly.
Pros:

The room was OK. The AC was difficult to get the temperature correct. Seemed old/outdated.
Also, your secure parking area was a joke. The "gate" isn't manned and it opened immediately when I pulled up.

Cons:

Check in was a miserable experience. I arrived at 11:30 PM .The person at the counter, Gerald, I can best describe him as incompetent. I greeted him and gave him my name. His reply was to pound on his keyboard and say "just a minute" MANY times. He turned and walked away to make a call on his cell phone. Then returned and continued doing something on the computer. He called a couple more times but didn't get any answer. He didn't ever greet me or the customer behind me, just kept saying "just a minute". I finally learned his problem when someone finally answered his call. He had locked himself out of the computer and couldn't reset his password or get logged in to the computer. After finally getting someone to help he was finally able to log in and provide me with a room key. It ONLY took a full hour to do that simple task!

Pros:

It was a bad experience, and I am shocked by what happened. I booked for two nights, and everything was normal. However, on the second night, my family and I went shopping, and upon our return, we tried to open the room door, but it wouldn't open. So, I went to the staff member for assistance, and she asked me for some information, but my details didn't match the booking due to a mistake by the previous staff member. She mixed my information with that of the person staying in the room next to mine. The solution was for my family and I to leave the hotel at 11 PM and look for another place, all because of a mistake that wasn't my fault. The staff member was very rude and uncooperative. It's a shame for a hotel of this reputation to employ staff who lack experience in their work, in dealing with customers, and in solving problems. I hope everyone will be cautious and try not to go to this hotel so that this problem doesn't happen to your families. I have tried to contact the hotel several times and left a voicemail, but no one has contacted me.

Pros:

Just ok. Bathroom needs refurbishing. Paint peeling. Bed was fine. Walls scuffed up. Coffee maker in room. Another nearby hotel was oversold and sent me there. Breakfast was cancelled for that day. Was ok just to sleep for a few hours
