Pros:

I enjoy how quiet it is. There were respect people (maybe its because of the staff). No children running or playing games in the hallway. Love how pet friendly it is. Everything is very clean. Breakfast in the club lounge is hot.
The sift pillows were excellent and the bed was comfortable.
Valet, front desk and housekeeping is excellent and friendly. All staff say hello or good morning while walking in thw hallway.
Overall excellent job!
We tend to stay here at the very least once a year.

Cons:

I wish the pancakes were alternating with French toast.
Offering a dog walking service would be lovely.
More variety in the club lounge would be nice.

Cons:

Dated and smelled off. Net curtains were stained and pillows smelled. Also the music from the restaurants opposite was still playing up until half past midnight.
