Great location and an outstanding staff that went out of it way to be helpful.

Cons:

We had dinner from the restaurant. My meal (a BLT sandwich) was so salty that it was inedible. The restaurant manager was very apologetic and did not charge us for the meal.

Pros:

Housekeeping, room service, the view from the bar, and the location were amazing!

Cons:

The AC was noisy, the valet was expensive, and our room had a view of construction and was probably above the pool area given the smell and humidity

Le lit était confortable. C'est le seul point positif de notre séjour

Cons:

Service a la clientèle très mauvais, n'ont pas répondus a nos demandes, n'ont fait aucun effort pour comprendre et aucun effort pour nous accommoder. Déjeuner très cher, ils nous ont même facturé le café que nous n'Avons pas demandé il avait été déposé sur la table a notre arrivée, mauvais service, serveuse pas souriante et semblait ne pas vouloir travailler ni nous servir. Nous avons demandé une chambre avec vue, la réceptionniste nous a dit que nous avions vue sur la ville, mais en fait nous avions vue sur un bâtiment en construction a l'opposée de la ville.

Cons:

Our room was oddly shaped with a tiny bathroom. Had to request room be cleaned because they overlooked us. Elevator broke. Elevators very slow. Construction across the street disturbed us each morning.

The valet and car drop-off experience was chaotic and poorly organized. Cars were backed up in long lines, and it was unclear who was directing traffic or managing the process. There was little to no assistance with luggage, making the arrival experience feel disorganized and frustrating.
