would have been great if the A/C worked. and someone actually cared!
Cons:

air conditioning didn't work, and the fridge was not working properly. Maintenance came and looked at it, and brought me a fan, he said it was working, but it was not.... he didn't speak English very good, so I knew I wasn't getting anywhere. I let the front desk know about it in the morning, but they didn't seem to be concerned about it, she did say.....sorry about that. I have stayed here before on my business trips to Columbus. I think I'll try somewhere different next meeting...

Beautiful and comfortable hotel. Absolutely recommend.

Very clean and safe parking lot.

There really wasn’t a place to sit. Outside unless you were by the front door.

It was ok

Cons:

I felt like the hotel was standard, but required luxury pricing. I took a shower and after the shower, it must have turned on the smoke detector and for 10 minutes I had piercing sirens going on at 7 AM while I finish getting ready.
