Hôtel confortable . Les lits sont confortables les chambres sont très bien . Le personnel du petit déjeuner est souriant et agréable. Le parking. L’emplacement.
La propreté des chambres et dans l’établissement en general laisse à désirer , le bruit de l’ascenseur dans les chambres prêt des ascenseurs !
L’hôtel est vieux et peu entretenu

overall it was good! our door was a little hard to open and the tv channels weren’t great but overall good stay
The staff seemed to be professional.
Cleanliness was zero. The floor was messy. The bathroom shower was leaking constantly. There was no barrier for water in the shower area.

Rooms were small and floor plan was crammed. Also the carpet was dirty.
We stayed in the one king two queen suite with pull out couch Individual rooms but no where for clothes in queen bed area closet in King area There were three tvs Space was nice in conjoining areas microwave and small frig We ate at there restaurant everyone's food was exceptional and prices were reasonable. OF COURSE Marriott bonvoy always puts the extra in for their visual asetics Close to highway There are several hotels in this location but this Sheraton was top class
One bathroom shower included clear shower door could have had a rain finish or something so wasn't see thru The beds were super comfortable lots of pillows

Staff was very friendly. This was my 4th stay over the years.
The outdoor pool was dirty.
Our toilet was constantly running and would not flush.
On our seeding day the room has been cleaned, but we received no new towels.
The suite was ok, but the main living room should be carpeted.
I didn't eat there but everything was Good to excellent EXCEPT the whole hotel was out of Ice. The whole place not a single floor was out so they said go to bar if you want Ice. Not a Deal breaker but a bummer to say the least.

The beds were very comfortable and made for a great night’s sleep.

Breakfast was ok but should have been free. The gentleman that worked ot on Monday morning was very rude.
