Pros:

J'ai bien aimé mon séjour à Sheraton de Laval. On a bien dormi. Un accueil très chaleureux.
Par contre j'avais oublié ma grande serviette de bain bleue, j'avais appelé et on m'a dis qu'il m'enverrait un courriel si jamais il trouve. J'ai jamais reçu de courriel de leur part

Stay was comfortable, hotel is obviously good, but no personalized touch by the staff for the guests
Pros:

A little disappointed in a way that I had informed during the booking process that it was our anniversary trip and usually hotels do surprise by something even little but that makes a difference, but here at Sheraton, no one even knew about it, nobody even wished us - also even no effort was put in to give us a nicer room - the bathroom was too little. All in all, not even a minute effort was made to make this a special stay.

Lack of communication, and usually no staff was available at the front desk, although to my understanding, this is a 24/7 front desk

Le petit déjeuner était délicieux le personnel très courtois la chambre très confortable bien climatiser avec cette chaleur
