l’insonorisation (bruit dans le passage, autoroute), la climatisation et l’emplacement de la piscine (très écho au sous-sol)
A little disappointed in a way that I had informed during the booking process that it was our anniversary trip and usually hotels do surprise by something even little but that makes a difference, but here at Sheraton, no one even knew about it, nobody even wished us - also even no effort was put in to give us a nicer room - the bathroom was too little. All in all, not even a minute effort was made to make this a special stay.
Lack of communication, and usually no staff was available at the front desk, although to my understanding, this is a 24/7 front desk

De très belles attentions, une responsable du service clientèle merveilleuse, une équipe très agréable tous services confondus.
Notre fille repart avec des étoiles dans les yeux et des souvenirs gravés dans sa mémoire … mille mercis !!
La piscine et le jacuzzi de belles grandeurs, sauna et hammam également, bien agréables!
La chambre était très agréable, récemment rénovée, bien orientée et propre.
L’emplacement est idéal à Laval.
Le déjeuner est très bon, copieux.
Mauvaise expérience au restaurant mais on n’est peut-être pas tombé le bon soir…
Le service du restaurant plus habitué à une clientèle professionnelle (logique…hôtel-centre de congrès) qu’à une clientèle familiale donc le service aurait été bon pour une clientèle d’affaires mais pas du tout pour une famille… les repas étaient relativement bons tout comme le vin mais pour le prix…la table 51 est bien meilleure et à 5min de l’hôtel par exemple.
Personnel accueillant, belle grande chambre. Lit confortable, bel emplacement.
Il manque des tables et des tables pour deux pour le déjeuner. Beaucoup de couples se cherchent un endroit pour manger. Une seule personne pour s’occuper de placer la nourriture, s’occuper de la machine à café et nettoyer les tables n’est pas suffisante. Une deuxième machine à café serait souhaitable, car il manque souvent de grains et de lait
