Familiar and comfortable stay
Pros:

Fifth visit to this hotel which I guess says it all! Very convenient for visiting attractions / events at the botanical gardens. Also I love Ruth Chris steak house!

Cons:

Nothing really! Could do with the option of USC sockets now instead of USB

Great experience and the shuttle to Ravinia was amazing!
Pros:

Clean, updated, shuttle to Ravinia, shuttle driver very helpful

Cons:

Really nothing at all. Very nice facility. Friendly staff!

Stay Here Regularly
Pros:

Clean room, busy, lively and always full. Needs some attention (repair and maintenance). Stayed in N Tower.clogged, TV, remote, sluggish and AC fan was full blast or nothing. Maintenance addresses quickly.
