Prima alternatief voor dure hotels in Toronto downtown
Pros:

We hadden een heerlijk ruime kamer met een bank. Ook de badkamer was heerlijk ruim. Ondanks dat het hotel aan een drukke weg ligt en erg groot is geen geluidsoverlast ervaren. Heerlijk gegeten in het restaurant.

Cons:

De douche produceerde maar weinig water. De ontvangst ging zeer stroef. Geen mogelijkheid om thee te zetten op de kamer. Jammer dat er geen raampje open kan. Het is wel een heel dure kamer.

Ottimo compromesso
Pros:

Hotel accogliente, molto grande. A 35/40 minuti da Toronto downtown. Non avevamo la colazione, camera molto grande e confortevole. Ottimo servizio di pulizia giornaliera.

Cons:

Al momento la piscina dello Sheraton è chiusa, pertanto è possibile accedere (dopo un labirinto interno) a quella del best western accanto. Questa piscina non è all’altezza di un quattro stelle , sporca e molto piena di gente. Sia internamente che esternamente.

Prima hotel met een uitstekend ontbijt.
Pros:

Het ontbijt was het zeer uitgebreid. Eigenlijk het beste ontbijt van de afgelopen 2,5 week. Wij verbleven hier de laatste 3 dagen van onze vakantie.

Cons:

Om bij het buitenzwembad of bij de grote fitness ruimte te komen moest je door lange gangen lopen. Deze faciliteiten leken daarom ook meer te horen bij hij het naastgelegen hotel (het heette volgens mij Best Western) ipv bij het Sheraton.

Noisy, noisy, noisy!!! Avoid at all costs!!
Pros:

Fairly clean. The beds were comfortable. It was easy to reach the staff 24/7, and many restaurants were within walking distance.

Cons:

I stayed during busy season, and it was absolute hell.

The walls were paper-thin. You could hear the next-door neighbor clicking on their phone, talking, laughing. It was as if the walls were nonexistent on my first night. The next-door neighbors were so noisy that I couldn't sleep, so I asked to change rooms. In my second room, the same problem happened. It wasn't a coincidence.

For this price and a hotel that claims to be four stars, the walls are thinner than the three-star hotels I stayed at. Why this is that this building is quite old, and hotel stars have nothing to do with soundproof quality. It's four stars because of the restaurant and the pool, which is very crowded, by the way, but the rooms themselves were not good value. I used the strongest foam earplugs and still had poor sleep.

Their cleaning staff were super loud as well. They seem to have the philosophy that if it's during the day, the cleaning staff are allowed to make as much noise as they'd like. At 10 a.m., I thought it was multiple constructions going on. It was just rooms being cleaned. It was the loudest I've ever heard in over 30 hotels around the world. There is no need to be that loud.

And the elevator chime is as if it's built for the deaf. It is so loud that you can hear it all the way down the hall.

A room where you cannot even sleep through the night is not worth $300.
