Warme kamer en geen airco. Had gevraagd om een kamer op een wat hogere etage. Nooit een reactie op gekregen. Wachttijd bij het inchecken.
Mij beviel het meest: de ligging (naast Schiphol), de luxe/ het comfort en het vriendelijke personeel.
Ik had een gaatje in mijn dekbed overtrek en ik miste een koelkastje (of ik heb niet goed gekeken).
