We had to wait at Amsterdam Schiphol Airport, so we looked for a nice restaurant. The best restaurant was in the Sheraton Hotel in the airport:

Toen we binnen kwamen was het 24 graden en na een nacht airco aan slechts 1 graad lager. Helaas slaap ik slecht bij hogere temperaturen
The staff were wonderful and accommodating. Our room was spacious and the bed was so comfortable. We checked in at 10am after an overnight flight and chose to upgrade to the Club Lounge with breakfast. Cocktail hour at the lounge had enough variety of food that we didn’t have to go out for dinner. Breakfast was delicious. We have stayed at all the hotels connected to AMS but the Sheraton is our favorite.

This is a great luxury hotel conveniently located with direct access to the Airport. I booked via Expedia rather than my usual Bonvoy, where I'm a lifetime Platinum Elite member. Check-in therefore wasn't as smooth as normal; however, the wonderful Hristina was most helpful - thank you! My upgraded room was fabulous and very quiet. Loved the lounge; a great stay!!

I had a great stay. I arrived much earlier than expected, and the staff kindly allowed me to check in early, which I really appreciated. The room was clean and comfortable, and the dinner was excellent. The food was delicious, and the wine selection was outstanding. The friendly service made the whole experience even more enjoyable.

We recently stayed for 3 nights at this property located conveniently inside Schipol Airport. We appreciated the care Antonio at the front desk extended to us since we arrived very early from the US. He personally took us up to the restaurant for breakfast while our room was cleaned and he came back to the restaurant an hour later to let us know our room was ready! We also loved the convenience of the train station which made it easy to travel into Amsterdam and Leiden during our trip. Highly recommend staying at the property!
