The slight hill back up to the hotel was a bit hard in 27 degrees

Het enige die mij gestoord heeft, is het feit dat ik single ben en eigenlijk in een kotje heb moeten verblijven in plaats van in een kamer. Zeer klein en ook geen terras. Van zicht op zee gaan we maar zwijgen.

FALTA DE CONDIÇÕES DE SEGURANÇA ( houve um incendio no dia que cheguei ao hotel, por volta das 20.20h locais, a maior parte das pessoas encontrava-se no restaurante, a porta de emergência estava trancada e assim continuou, as pessoas tiveram que sair por 2 janelas, as portas de emergência dos pisos também estavam trancadas e para além disso não existem luzes de emergência). POR ACASO E AINDA BEM NÃO ACONTECEU DE NOITE, POIS TERIA SIDO UMA DESGRAÇA
Falta de informação aos clientes
Falta de AR Condicionado no restaurante, um calor insuportável
Sobremesas, muito poucas e ananás podre
Comida com pouca variedade e as bancadas pouco asseadas
Pequeno almoço muito pobre, num dos dias até faltou o queijo
Além de ter como sub chefe de sala uma senhora de óculos muito arrogante sem postura para o cargo.

De realçar a simpatia do Julian e da Carolina
Posto isto, é um hotel a não recomendar e que não merece as 3 estrelas que lhe estão atríbuidas

We should be informed on the start about showers and toilet next to swimming pool. We found it in our last day 😂

Atendimento na recepção e não se conseguir marcar lugar no parque de estacionamento.

There was a fire in the hotel , we were having dinner and the lights started flashing. This went on for about 15 minutes. Everyone kept on eating and nobody came into the restaurant to tell us anything . My partner and myself left the restaurant to go to get changed to go out, and walked into the reception area and up the stairs to get ready for our night out. Once we got to the room we looked out from the balcony and there was a crowd shouting the hotels on 🔥 fire. We hurried back down the stairs and out of the building.
The fire service arrived and put the fire out. We stood outside for about 5 hours until we were let back into the hotel and went to bed .
Our first day/ night was ruined but it's one of those things but the hotel didn't have an audible alarm , the staff need training on the importance of getting guests out quicker and informing them , and no information was given on how things were progressing.
If this has happened in the early hours it could have been a lot more serious ☹️☹️

En cuanto a la comida le faltaba sabor.
Para subir y bajar sólo hay dos ascensores en los que sólo caben 3 personas en casa uno, y en agosto, con el hotel lleno, había que esperar un rato en las horas de las comidas

Нужно что-то делать с туристами- русалками , которые плавают в бассейне с распущенными волосами , а потом расчёсываются и бросают волосы на террасу рядом с бассейном .

The lift was slow waiting ages for it to come up or down, doors closed quickly with drinks in your hand, rooms could do with up dating but where clean.

Un poco anticuada las instalaciones pero compensa con el bajo precio que se paga. La comida del bufet no estaba nada mal
