Dogs are allowed up to 10 KG (knee height). They are not allowed in public area's, only in the room. Additional cleaning fees are 50 EUR per night.

Konum süper. Tüm Amsterdam merkezini yürüyerek gezin. Temiz konforlu bir otel. Kredi kartımızı odada unutmuşuz hemen ilgilendiler.
Birçok evi birleştirip otel yapmışlar. Tamam farklı bir şey ama labirent gibi. Eski ama yenilenmiş evler arası geçiş. Merkezde ve kanal kenarı olunca fiyat yükseliyor. Amsterdam zaten pahalı bir şehir. Ayrıca kahvaltı nedir? Çeşit nedir ? güzel ülkemin güzel şehri Antalyaya gelip görmeleri gerekir. Zaten çoğu gelmiştir o ayrı. Avrupada kahvaltı geçiştirilecek bir öğün. Türklerde manifesto. Güzel temiz bir otel ama bir Alex değil.

Good location to restaurants and museums
There were many great things about the hotel, including the location. Public spaces were beautiful. The staff was abundant but not necessarily effective. This was the sole hotel on a 10 day trip with my 82 year old mother in which we weren’t immediately offered a (slightly) early check in. A mixup with the room type was rectified, but I had to complain. They moved us and offered breakfast. Accommodations were not as luxurious as I would hope for 5 stars and the price. Jansz restaurant staff were lovely.

- Me dejé un jersey en la habitación y no lo he recuperado; ha desaparecido . En un hotel de 5* esperas que la persona de limpieza lo traslade al departamento correspondiente.
- La persona de limpieza entró el día de salida a las 9 a la habitación aún habiendo el cartel en la puerta de no molestar. Una vez dentro, y yo en ropa interior, en lugar de disculparse y salir se quedó allí diciendo tonterías como :” all good?”. Le tuve que pedir que saliera y me quedé atónita de lo ocurrido.
- A las 22h cierran el bar y no hay opción de beber algo en el hotel tranquilamente. Sólo hay el night club.
