Great but still room for improvement
Pros:

Location, design, helpfulness off staff, original décoration, spatious room

Cons:

as in many other hotels not enough attention paid to the number of plugs to charge multiple devices. Boiling water device spilling out water making electricity breakdown.Queue for table at breakfast

Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist zentral gelegen. Direkt an der Prinsengracht. Einfach nur um die Ecke gehen und du bist schon in der Geschäftsstraße mit zahlreichen Läden. Hervorheben möchte ich besonders, dass super freundliche Personal. Unser Auto wurde sofort in der Tiefgarage geparkt und auch die Koffer wurden sofort aufs Zimmer gebracht. Die Mitarbeiter des Hotels hatten stets ein offenes Ohr und waren überaus freundlich.

Cons:

Die uns zuerst angebotenen Zimmer, Doppelzimmer, waren nicht passend. In dem ersten roch es modrig, und das Fenster konnte aus Sicherheitsgründen nicht so weit geöffnet werden. Ich bat um ein anderes Zimmer, das wurde schnell erledigt. Es war ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss. Zunächst war ich damit zufrieden, aber schon nach kurzer Zeit stellte ich ein unangenehmes, nicht abstellbares Geräusch aus der Belüftungsanlage fest. Bei Kontakt der Rezeption wurde versucht, das Problem sehr schnell zu lösen. Am Schluss hatten wir ein kostenfreies Upgrade auf ein Zimmer, das wirklich sehr wunderschön war, mit Blick auf den Kanal. Die Fenster sind dort zwar dreifach verglast, aber wer geräuschempfindlich ist, sollte dies bedenken. Insgesamt bewerte ich aber den Aufenthalt als sehr positiv.

My new go-to hotel in Amsterdam
Pros:

I still think about this hotel a lot. Such unique charme and beauty, amazing view that you cannot get enough of, superb location. Very friendly staff as well.

Splendid, especially during Prinsengrachtconcert
Pros:

It was just where the Prinsengrachtconcert was and our room was overlooking the canal.

Cons:

The room service was not particularly fast, but that’s not a big issue and it might be also because of the preparations for the concert.

Lots of character and extra touches!!
Pros:

Loved this hotel. So unique and quirky - we even had a bike suspended in our room. We found the staff very friendly and helpful especially Camilla; Adonnah and Patric. The breakfast was great with plenty of variety and a great fresh fruit selection served in a lovely room looking out to the street. The little extras in our room were such a nice touch from a bike repair kit to a lovely bag and a little surprise at checkout! Very thoughtful. The hotel is well located to all the sights - just right beside the water. Would not hesitate to recommend a stay at this hotel.

A great experience at Pulitzer
Pros:

I had a two days stay a Pulitzer Amsterdam with my boyfriend. I loved how the hotel gives historic modern luxury vibes, the exact environment I and my boyfriend wanted to feel. I love how they are so welcoming and hospital for one to feel very confortable.
