Every thing was great
The bearkfast is not so good
Прекрасное расположение, отель занимает целый квартал! Номера по-амстердамски маленькие, но очень достойные. Стильный концептуальный отель, всё продумано до мелочей.
Окно в номере было очень маленькое.
The location was great and the staff were very friendly
The room was dull and dark also dirty, even I couldn’t do makeup or find my things
Pulitzer Amsterdam is one of my favorite hotel stays ever! We love the unique design/architecture- there are so many cool nooks and crannies and hallways. Our room even had its very own elevator stop! The room was large, yet still cozy. We loved the exposed beams, unique artwork, and comfortable bed. The restaurant was delicious and the breakfast being included made mornings easy. The staff were all excellent. It was my son’s birthday and they made him feel extra special, brought us a little cake to the room and a gift. The location was also wonderful - close to everything and easy to catch the tram. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to Amsterdam!
Nothing!
Shocking hotel. It was filthy. I stayed for 4 nights and the carpet outside of my door was not vacuumed once: the staff were rude: breakfast felt like a Holiday Inn: would not recommend. The bedrooms were carpeted and filthy
So comfortable- loved our room. Staff were amazing. Food fantastic. Great location.
A few housekeeping issues.
The design attention to detail is fresh and inspiring and done with a great choices. Lots to look at in every restaurant and especially the amazingly well appointed
BUT the big broken link at the Pulitzer is a lack of the quality and courteous service expected from a 5 star property
In the entry terrace area outdoor patio eatery the servers were consistently surly and inattentive, contentious and aggressive — was dismayed and disappointed by this
The front reception and concierge and bell hop were all bright spots.
But every restaurant visit at Pulitzer was disappointing from a service point of view, notably absent are grace and welcoming hospitality. One young male waiter a Monday May 25th late afternoon was especially rude and unwelcoming, and surely. Clearly didn’t embody a service ethic worthy of a 5 star experience - unfortunately so, the following day at the patio on Tuesday May 26 a middle aged woman with wavy pulled back hair was equally challenged. And lacking in service ethic and pleasant hospitality. I overheard another non-related guest prompt her saying, “what’s going on here? I’m paying a lot of money to stay here and just want to have a nice lunch. Can we press reset ?” Instead of apologizing, the workers argued and debated the customers in both situations
Pulitzer hospitality workers in the restaurants and bars need a big upgrade in courtesy, engagement and hospitality
The lacking service was a big and unexpected and consistent experience — it needs significant attention from senior management; big growth opportunity.
Having stayed at this Hotel for 13 nights a year ago and for a week a few days ago, there is no question that this a unique and special hotel. Canal Houses beautifully and stylishly "turned" into a hotel is already quite something. Add to that a beautiful garden area with a restaurant (apply called Garden) to dine in or overlook. The restaurant Jansz is also excellent. But what really tops everything is the wonderful, delightful, warm, friendly and ever-helpful staff - in all "areas" of the hotel. To stay here is a real, real treat!
Everything! The best service and location.
Nothing

Широкий спектр предложений: сад, фитнес зал, бар, рестораны.
Звукоизоляция:( пришлось использовать беруши, чтобы не нарушать сон
Excellent location and exceptional breakfast
Dinner at Jansz was not as good as when I visited two years ago.
