The hotel, restaurant and our room are decorated in elegant French style but looked old. Our Premier One Bedroom King Suite had the bedroom separated from the living room by the toilet but the rooms in our suite were not spacious. The location was not so near the main shopping areas but in a more quiet location with office buildings surrounding it. The hotel receptionist was gracious to allow us to leave a bag for a few days with the hotel even prior to our check in.

Cons:

The air condition was very loud when it turned itself on and when it remained on. When the air condition turned itself off (due to the thermostat control), it turned off with loud double clicks. As the air conditioner was just above our heads when sleeping, this was extremely annoying.

Would love to come back again.
Pros:

The property is very premium and the staff is very good in helping us sort out all my problems.. I travelled alone and especially Mathew at the reception was very kind enough to guide me aall about Vancouver

Excelente ubicación y ambiente tranquilo y acogedor.
Cons:

El tipo de cubrecama, no permite graduar la temperatura corporal; esto es, o la usas como está y te genera mucho calor y sudoración; o bien si te la quitas a media noche puede uno tener frío. Preferiría tener solo sábanas y un cobertor para poder ajustar qué tan cubierto requiere uno para pasar la noche.

Hotel muy recomendable
Pros:

La atención de los empleados fue extraordinaria . En recepción nos atendieron Melany y Carina y fueron muy amables y serviciales, nos ayudaron en todo momento y nos resolvieron todos nuestra preguntas

Hotel could have done better.
Pros:

Staff were professional. The concierge, Jessica was awesome.

Cons:

The room overlooked the loading dock and garage containers. The hotel had other available rooms and would have appreciated a better view.

Wunderbares Hotel in sehr zentraler Lage

Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit, die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und gemütlich. Im Bad genug Ablagefläche für Kosmetik etc. Das nebenan gelegene Gym inkl. Schwimmbad kann mittels Tagespass ohne Mehrkosten genutzt werden.

Cons:

Etwas breitere Betten wären schön gewesen (wir hatten zwei separate Betten), Bett an sich war aber sehr gemütlich. Aufhängemöglichkeit für Jacken außerhalb des Schrankes wäre gut.

The staff was very helpful and supportive. The room was great and had everything you need in a hotel room. It was clean and tidy. The bathroom was also spotless.
The location of the hotel is great too. Most attractions are easily walkable and the sea side is close by.
