Les chocolats dans la chambre

Cons:

Le bruit incessant toute la nuit. Impossible de dormir. L'hôtesse d'accueil très bien. Mais le service du petit-déjeuner trop pressé de débarrasser la table. No stress, nous sommes en vacances. Si vous voulez du lait chaud, demandez un grand pot car on vous amène des mini brocs.

Une expérience globalement exceptionnelle, mais qui reste perfectible sur certains points.
Pros:

La chambre était spacieuse et extrêmement calme, et l’attention des “petits chocolats” constituait un plus non négligeable. Le personnel était serviable. La place de parking était également fort appréciable dans une ville comme Matera. L’emplacement central est idéal pour faire un tour complet de la vieille ville, "hors du temps".

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner était très perfectible pour un établissement 5 étoiles, et la gestion des urgences nocturnes ainsi que la réactivité du personnel se sont révélées un peu chaotiques.

Not a good experience
Pros:

No hot water shower the morning of check out. Hotel offered 20 per cent credit. Not acceptable for a five stars hotel.
On the good side, the front desk service was good, as well as the breakfast.
Location is very good no close to interesting points.

The location is very convenient to visit the old city and there are parking spaces directly behind the hotel. The staff was very kind, the breakfast is excellent. We enjoyed our short stay very much. Definitely to recommend this hotel to anybody who wants to visit this remarkable city.
