Un hotel que lo tiene todo: repetiremos sin duda
Pros:

Una estancia espectacular. El hotel nos encantó porque combina playa, golf, unas vistas increíbles y muchísimos restaurantes para elegir. El restaurante indio nos pareció de una calidad altísima, y en O Pescador el pescado estaba riquísimo. Zest es también una opción genial para comer algo informal, rápido y sano.

El servicio del hotel fue buenísimo en general, pero el equipo de O Pescador merece una mención especial: un 10. Nos quedamos con ganas de seguir descubriendo más rincones del hotel. Una experiencia brutal para celebrar los 60 de nuestro padre. Repetiríamos sin duda.

Přeplněný rezort, všude moc lidí
Pros:

Moc hezký rezort. Vždy příjemný a vstřícný personál. Snídaně. Okolní restaurace.

Cons:

Velmi moc lidí, přeplněný rezort, nemáte klid, všude jsou hluční lidé. U bazénů hlava na hlavě. Problém najít volná lehátka. V tomto hotelu hosté brzy ráno dávají ručníky na lehátka a ta jsou pak celý den obsazená. Personál hotelu to nijak neřeší.

Wouldn’t stay again due to staff
Pros:

Lovely property we were there for a wedding food was amazing but staying as a guest very exrorttionate prices.

Cons:

The staff were not very friendly very incompetent at the reception desk they tried to charge me extra €300 for some taxes took over an hour to check in and only be ause I questioned the amount she. Asked someone else over and hey presto the charge was taken off. Absolutely disgusting for a 5* to have staff like that who don’t know what they’re doing.

Gute Ausstattung - gerade für Familien und Sportfans, Check-in & Rezeption sehr langsam und nicht zufriedenstellend

Tolle Padel-Anlage und gute Organisation dort von den Trainern

Der Kleiderschrank stank etwas modrig
Wir kamen sehr früh an (9:00 Uhr) und dennoch war den ganzen Tag bis 15:30 Uhr (30 Minuten sogar nach offiziellen Checkin), kein zimmer frei, obwohl wir mehr nachfragten. Wir waren zwei befreundete Pärchen, und dennoch wurde nie ein Zimmer frei? Wir denken, dass sie sehr unflexibel waren, in der Verteilung der Zimmer, auch innerhalb der Kategorie. Beim Checkout mussten wir natürlich pünktlich raus und durften nicht mal 10 Minuten länger im Zimmer bleiben.. die Zimmerkarten gingen sogar schon 1 Stunde vor offiziellem Checkout-Zeit nicht mehr. Das fand wir sehr schade, gerade weil wir auch gefragt hatten, was man tun kann, da dieser längere Checkout schon nicht möglich wäre und wir trotzdem auch offiziell zu spät erst reingelassen worden... aber darauf wurde einfach nicht von der Rezeption reagiert, weshalb wir nun hier das Problem nochmal festhalten möchten :)

Beeindruckend schönes Hotel auf großem, parkähnlichem Grundstück
Pros:

Nicht gefallen hat: Am Hotel gab es nur ein Restaurant. Die weiteren Restaurants konnten nur mit einem Shuttlebus erreicht werden. Alle 3 Restaurants waren recht teure: mindestens 100€/Person. Die Qualität des Essens im Piri Piri war ungenügend.

Cons:

Gefallen hat uns: sehr schön gelegenes, ungewöhnliches Hotel mit schön eingerichteten und großen und gepflegten Zimmern.
