Gute Ausstattung - gerade für Familien und Sportfans, Check-in & Rezeption sehr langsam und nicht zufriedenstellend

Viele Sonnenliegen
Das Bad war sehr modern und das Zimmer allgemein sehr groß
Tolle Padel-Anlage und gute Organisation dort von den Trainern
Frühstück war vielfältig

Der Kleiderschrank stank etwas modrig
Wir kamen sehr früh an (9:00 Uhr) und dennoch war den ganzen Tag bis 15:30 Uhr (30 Minuten sogar nach offiziellen Checkin), kein zimmer frei, obwohl wir mehr nachfragten. Wir waren zwei befreundete Pärchen, und dennoch wurde nie ein Zimmer frei? Wir denken, dass sie sehr unflexibel waren, in der Verteilung der Zimmer, auch innerhalb der Kategorie. Beim Checkout mussten wir natürlich pünktlich raus und durften nicht mal 10 Minuten länger im Zimmer bleiben.. die Zimmerkarten gingen sogar schon 1 Stunde vor offiziellem Checkout-Zeit nicht mehr. Das fand wir sehr schade, gerade weil wir auch gefragt hatten, was man tun kann, da dieser längere Checkout schon nicht möglich wäre und wir trotzdem auch offiziell zu spät erst reingelassen worden... aber darauf wurde einfach nicht von der Rezeption reagiert, weshalb wir nun hier das Problem nochmal festhalten möchten :)

Beeindruckend schönes Hotel auf großem, parkähnlichem Grundstück
Pros:

Nicht gefallen hat: Am Hotel gab es nur ein Restaurant. Die weiteren Restaurants konnten nur mit einem Shuttlebus erreicht werden. Alle 3 Restaurants waren recht teure: mindestens 100€/Person. Die Qualität des Essens im Piri Piri war ungenügend.

Cons:

Gefallen hat uns: sehr schön gelegenes, ungewöhnliches Hotel mit schön eingerichteten und großen und gepflegten Zimmern.

Pros:

Excelente hotel. Tudo impecável. Nível de detalhes de decoração e ambiente que faz a diferença. Tudo muito bem cuidado. Pessoal muito prestativo e educado. Café da manhã maravilhoso.

O hotel é grande e portanto pode ficar muito cheio. Ok, é um resort e assim deve ser.

groot resort, mooi gelegen

Cons:

Complete mismatch voor een wat ouder stel dat rust zoekt.
Het ontbijt was gewoon chaotisch, massa's jonge joelende kinderen, overstresst personeel en altijd wachten op een tafel. Tijdens ons verblijf waren er 3 trouwfeesten, avondrust bleek een illusie.
Het italiaans restaurant serveert waardeloze pizza met minimale dressing en is dan nog duur ook (13 EUR/glas huiswijn).
Tot slot we betaalden hier 400 EUR/dag !

La infraestructura y elegancia del hotel. La atención es exquisita

Cons:

La playa no tiene infraestructura, las tumbonas son miserables y los “quitasoles” innombrables. Mucha inversión en patios andaluces y piletas pero para los que buscamos playa, me pareció de categoría 2 estrellas.

An amazing family holiday for keen golfers to enjoy with their nearest and dearest!
Pros:

We have just returned home after a 2 week stay 12-24th May. Our party consisted of myself and my husband, another couple, our grown son & family and our grown daughter & family, who came to stay at various times with us. We couldn’t have been happier with our experience. The grounds are amazing. We were blessed with the jazz festival which was a lovely surprise. The men enjoyed many rounds of golf ⛳️ whilst the ladies enjoyed the pools and the children/grandchildren in a safe, welcoming and wonderful setting!

Simplesmente fantástica , uma experiência fabulosa !!
Pros:

O quarto é fantástico , extremamente limpo e espaçoso . A zona da piscina muito tranquila e devido ao espaço envolvente de relva, existe muita privacidade, com muitas sombras. O bar do champanhe é magnífico, bem como os restaurantes, comida fantástica de extrema qualidade e o staff muito atencioso e prestável . O acesso á praia por elevador, elevou francamente as minhas expectativas, apesar do restaurante de praia se encontrar encerrado. Staff na praia muito prestável e atencioso . O Spa … aiii o spa , fiz uma massagem relaxante para terminar em beleza , e valeu muito a pena . Em suma, adorei a estadia, este é realmente um hotel ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ com um nível muito elevado !! Parabéns !!

Atendimento dos colaboradores

Cons:

A sacada alagou (mais de 4 centímetros de água) a segunda noite da nossa estadia. Molhei meus tênis ao sair do quarto de manhã cedo. Adicionalmente, reservamos um quarto com vista ao resort, a pesar do imenso e bonito que é o complexo, deram um quarto com vista para o parking, e além com sacada que alaga. Muito triste. Além o frigobar ficou sem nenhum produto o tempo todo da nossa estadia. Por final a gente encontrou formigas na cama. Uma vergonha. Em soma um cinco estrelas que não honrou as nossas, entendo que razoáveis, expectativas.
