The receptionist was giving us a song & a dance to get us rooms on the same floor. Eventually did. Anditya in the break fast area was very good and helpful.

Excellent service! Had the pleasure of meeting Carlos in the breakfast lounge and he was welcoming and professional.

Friendly and clean. The people working here are helpful and welcoming. Carlos in the lounge at breakfast is the best! Having someone be welcoming in the morning make the day better. Also the fruit was fresh and they had alt milks and some gluten free.

Carlos in the Club Lounge was so hospitable and brought a smile to my face every morning - I’ll stay here again just to have breakfast with Carlos!

Bartender I call her ms Shelia is outstanding and phenomenal shes very nice and very clean and actually checks on patrons at bar by herself I would definitely come back to bar to eat and drink every time I stay here.

Great restaurant and great service.

During our stay we didn’t explore much of the amenities. However, the executive lounge provided for all of our needs. It was well kept, fully stocked and Carlos who cared for our needs in the lounge was outstanding.

Very nice hotel overall. No complaints regarding my room but there was a heavy smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway. Someone not abiding by the rules.

Club access breakfast has many options, was clean and Carlos was extremely nice and friendly.

If you have the lounge option it is a must see! Specifaclly you need to see Carlos! He is absolutely fantastic. Caring, kind, attentive and organized. Amazing server and host once more I give all the love for my man Carlos!

Despite the ratings for this hotel being so low, I decided to stay here because it was the closest Marriott property to the Convention Center, where I was attending a show.
The parking lot had so many pot holes, but we managed to park. The outside of the hotel is showing a lot of wear and tear, but nothing that made me think I was unsafe.

I had room 1205, which was somewhat clean. There was some dust and it didn't pass my Swiffer test, but for people without allergies, it would be perfectly acceptable. The HVAC unit wasn't working, but they sent maintenance up within 2 minutes and it was fixed. The view is not great, unless seeing a landfill is exciting to you. The room faces West, so at the evening, it will get very hot in the room unless you shut the curtains.

All the other fixtures worked fine. The shower was nice, hot and had good pressure. Plenty of outlets and USB plugs, the toilet flushed fine. I didn't use the mini fridge, so not sure if it was working.

The room is across from the Club Lounge and we had access. There is some noise as other guests go in and out of the Lounge, but nothing overnight. The Lounge is fairly nice, with a view of the Driscoll Bridge, if that's your thing. The breakfast and coffee machine were nice.

I did not use the fitness center and the pool was closed, so I can't comment on those. I also didn't eat at the hotel restaurant, but they do have a variety of food, including Indian dishes.
