Carlos from the lounge was amazing. The food was excellent and for a small lounge it had one of the best breakfasts for elite members you'll find in any marriott. Thank you. The beds are amazing as well.

Carlos in the lounge was great!

Oh wait, unfortunately had to come to this hotel due to our flight from Newark New Jersey to Los Angeles being canceled due to mechanical issues. As an easy check-in had a fantastic night sleep. Went to the club lounge met a gentleman by the name of Carlos who was fantastic and served all of our needs.

Very kind and accommodating front desk (james). Rooms were clean and property was nice. Maintenance crew was very prompt and helped me with my car when I was stuck.

Hotel was nice but the concierge lounge managed by Carlos was amazing! Carlos set up a beautiful breakfast and was so welcoming. He put sunshine in my morning.

We stayed one night there. Plenty of parking. The room is decent but there are some issues: the tile in the bathroom cracked and somewhat patched, the tissue holder chipped in corners, blanket is ripped at some areas. TV stand has kind of broken drawer. All of that could be minor fixes but taking away from an overall presence. My issue was the breakfast buffet. It is not complementary and cost $18. IF YOU CHARGE FOR BREAKFAST , then it should decent. No waffles, no pancakes, no boiled eggs, no choices at all. From pastries just stale looking sad couple muffins and one danish. Egg omelette was horrible. We have stayed in tons of hotels with free complimentary breakfasts, where you were not to expect much and their basic breakfasts were so much better. For the price the room was ok but save your money and eat some place else.

I stayed in this hotel in the last week and it’s truly one of the most comfortable hotels I’ve been in. The receptionist was truly kind and incredibly helpful I recall her name being Ximena, she was very respectful and reassuring while I asked questions as I hadn’t stayed in a hotel in a while. The space was very pleasant and clean as well which made it feel better than a regular hotel.

All the staff is great from the manager to the lounge staff. Everyone is so nice. Rooms are always clean and smell good. My only issue is I wish the lounge was open on the weekends. And I need to use the computer but no access

The Hotel is a great value for the price. Beds are far more comfortable than most hotels. Club level is great.

The room was exceptionally clean and the beds were really comfortable. I received great service throughout my stay . Special thanks to Carlos, the breakfast attendant in the club lounge. He made sure we we’re attended too and satisfied with our meal

It was a very pleasant stay great customer service. James was more than helpful and pleasant when assisting me. I will definitely stay at this location again and share my experience with others as well.

The breakfast up at the club level has a good variety and Carlos keeps everything so wonderful.

I booked my stay through booking.com but when I got to the hotel the reservation wasn't showing up in the hotel's system. It was after midnight, my husband and I had been driving for awhile and were both very tired. The front desk agent, James, was a superhero for us! He was patient and courteous and helped me get everything straightened out. He contacted booking.com and assisted with making sure the reservation was canceled on their end so he could re-book the room manually at the hotel and accommodated us with a better rate due to the inconvenience. It took about an hour to get checked into our room, but James' service made up for the long wait. He is an AMAZING asset to the Sheraton Edison and to Sheraton as a whole. I don't know if he is management, but if not he definitely should be. Thank you James for your consideration in taking care of your guests. I will definitely book again (through the app next time lol) just because of the service I received that night.
