Excellent service,rooms and food. All the staff (Gurpal, Rachna, Cheena, Mo,Ken,Maria etc) are extremely helpful and ensure wonderful service

The place is simply a mood stealer. Would look forward to visit again.

Excellent hotel with nice amenities including a great bar (shout out to Maggie, our bartender). Highly recommend staying in a room at the Club Level where the club is staffed by Carlos Medina who goes above and beyond to ensure you’re comfortable and have everything you need.

Easy access, close to great food in Edison, Carlos in the Club was helpful and attentive!

Its a great hotel with good amenities. However i was placed at room 1201 i was here for 4 nights and it was terrible couldn’t sleep once it is located next to where the employees work doesnt matter if its 4 am/6 am/ 8 am doors are being slammed i called twice and let the manager know and nothing changed its just door after door slamming if youre a lite sleeper good luck! Wont be staying here again.

Amazing experience at the Sheraton Club for breakfast! Carlos was a wonderful server, very kind, attentive, and caring. The space was clean, welcoming, and well organized. We truly enjoyed our experience!

Club Level breakfast was very good. The customer service and attention from Carlos was top notch.

The location was nearby and easy to get to. Service was excellent both at the front desk and lounge. Room was nice and spacious. The food at the lounge was good except for the bacon.

Lovely service. The person at the clubhouse was great n very friendly. The room service was good. I wanted them to clean my room every day n they it it promptly. The food at the clubhouse was good.

Great hotel. Five stars. Shout out to the Club room! Very clean and the attendant was super energetic and attentive - especially at 6:00 am. Will return.

Carlos who is in charge of breakfast is fantastic!! One of the main reasons we like staying here.

In spite of Sheraton Edison saying I got upgraded to the club lounge (I did not get an upgrade as I already qualify for this perk as a lifetime Bonvoy Platinum member), this 5 star review goes to Carlos at the Executive lounge. Carlos was very friendly, courteous, and attentive. Thank you Carlos for making us feel welcome!

Very kind staff! Bedroom was spacious but closet was quite small. Overall great experience!
