Pros:

Play room. Lots of fun

Cons:

The hotel corridors had screws laying on the carpets from construction. Very dangerous for people walking with no shoes. The housekeep was poorly conducted. Beds weren't made properly, bathroom not cleaned, coffee station not replenished.

Cons:

Very dated and damaged room. Upon notifying front desk agent we were moved to a renovated room which was much better. However we still found various trash and dirt spots around the room (a fake nail on the carpet and makeup on the mirrors) that had me questioning how thorough the cleaning is

Ild be back again, warm cosy and enjoyable stay
Pros:

Every clean and tidy, very little noise and plenty to keep the kids entertained with the kids zone.
Great spa and pool facilities.
Not one interuption, perfect.
Warm was very warm and cost, immaculate!

Cons:

Abit of renovation near laundry area which we were not aware of

It was just an overnight stay but memorable for the wrong reasons.
Pros:

The hotel was located near the town centre which was handy as well as being close to the thermal pools and the Canadian Redwood forest. The room was comfortable and quiet.

Cons:

We would have liked to have dined in the hotel but it was very expensive as well as having a fire alarm go off as soon as we got to our room and had to descend 5 flights of stairs and I have mobility issues. Because water was turned off, we then had to move rooms because we were unable to flush the toilet. The older gentleman on reception was quite rude to us when we enquired about the thermal park down the street looking like it was closed for repairs. (Not impressed).

Unprofessional staff practices
Pros:

Location was good

Cons:

The payment method and the staff running after you when checking out for payment not processed. The staff also made faces when I told them I'll be paying g from a different account when my normal accounts transaction didn't go through.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
Pros:

Great flow for both families and singles. Excellent swim facilities and entertainment play room for the kids to enjoy. The restaurant was well enjoyed also.

I would stay again
Pros:

Room was starting to get a bit used but good value for money, bed very comfortable
Did have dinner at the restaurant att to the hotel, thought the price of $79 was a bit steep for the variety of food available, in their defence I did not research the pricing before hand

Cons:

Although check-in was not till 2.00pm I did arrive at 1.45pm to see if I could at least collect my room key (Didn't need access to the room at that time, was just that I was in a conference from 2.15 till 10.00 pm and didn't want to run the risk of having accommodation issues at 10.00pm in case there was) was told by check-in staff that I could not collect room key I would have to come back at 2.00pm
