Pros:

Reception is very helpful. I've checked in one day early than my booking by mistake, and the reception is able to assist me to change the booking and accommodate me despite so last minute changes. Parking on site is limited which was full on my second date of stay, luckily there are heaps of street parking available. There is a hot water pool on site (should be geothermal heated) and two small spas. There's also a pool table and gym free to use. The room is spacious and look to be renovated.

Cons:

Same as some other reviews, the bathroom looks old compare to the newly renovated look for bedroom, especially the shower and looks rusted.

Pros:

I like the staff and services. The venue alone was nice, family and children welcoming. The beds were comfy and spacious rooms. Food was both hit and miss. Parking area was good.

Cons:

The hotel was located by the thermal pool which made the hotel smell bad. There should be halal meat + cross contamination procedures around food. Ground level bedroom bathrooms need work not enough shower space causing bathroom to flood and new carpets.

Lovely and clean and perfect position to experience Rotorua.
Pros:

It was a good location, clean and staff were lovely

Cons:

The bath tub/shower was very high and difficult to get in and out of. Would have liked a basic breakfast option instead of having to pay for a Buffet breakfast. Just coffee and a pastry would be a good option,
