Carparking was a bit challenging sometimes especially with people turning up for dinner at the restaurant.
Room and pool, playroom was great.
Asked for fried eggs at breakfast and waited a very long time. I think the staff forgot and we had to remind them two times. Then the order came as soft eggs and not well done as requested. Otherwise, all was great.

Cleanliness- there were noodles in the water in our kettle, door was dirty and scuffed, no coffee sachets in room etc. The showers are tiny even for smaller people with poor pressure and stream

The place was dated, 80's and old. The room was not like the photos. The bathroom was smaller and terrible. Steel tub shub that you struggle to stand in, old fittings with the worst shower experience, a shower head that blasted u with razor like pressure with not even a way to adjust it. a shower curtin...and a toilet that didn't even have soft closing lid.. the ac unit was old and dated. The main manifold humming all night even when it was off in our room because it feed the other rooms.

Staff need some help in customer service, Tv in the room would stay on for 3 minutes. No bottled water, room service stops at 9.
