Pros:

The breakfast was great except that they ran out of eggs for the sandwich at 7:20am and they told us that they were not going make anymore.

Cons:

We dint like that the pool was out of service for maintenance for 2 days. The shower seemed that it wasn't clean it had hairs.

Good place to stay with ample room.
Pros:

Room was a good size. Plenty of room for storing things. Would be easy to live in this room for a few weeks if you were in town for awhile do to work or needing a place to stay on vacation.

Cons:

Brought my own pillow; glad I did - hotel pillows too soft for my liking. There were hairs in the shower. Breakfast, not so much. Hotel check-in staff were very nice.

I loved the contactless check in through the Hilton honors app. I was an able to retrieve a digital key and access room directly with my phone. No need to stop but the front desk.

Worse Hilton on the Block. Home 2 NO.

The location is convenient to get around the city. The rooms were clean

Cons:

I stayed at this hotel for a stretch of 3 weeks and it left much to be desired by their less than satisfactory housekeeping, and worse yet the front desk staff. The staff at the front desk are unprofessional, they each apply and enforce rules differently- who receives complimentary water varies greatly based on who is working yet they are all adamant they are "following the rules". They get argumentative with guests, and are often sitting at the dining tables, on their phones. It looks and feels awkward walking into this hotel where they appear to be perpetually on a break.
The front pool had the same floating debris and trash on deck for well over a day.
The outdoor furniture is worn, and the outdoor fans dont work. Guests can get rowdy from children running up and down the hallways for 30+ minutes well into the evening hours to parties in the pool area.
