Pros:

Nice location with a big swimming pool. Staff is really helpful and there is a shuttle service to the centre.

Cons:

One minor point: the staff is really great, but the checkout was disappointing. When we saw the bill, we said there our massages were not on the bill (we wanted to be fair). After that they checked out rooms, one bedsheet and a towel were a bit dirty. We had a small accident with blood, but it was not that bad honestly. They charged us an extra $15 for cleaning. That's harsh, considering we had just attended you on missing costs are the bill and considering the fact that you was the bedsheets and towels anyway. This made us leave with a bad feeling, although the rest of our stay was great. We don't blame the staff, they just do what they are told, this is bad policy to make extra money.

Superbe hotel ,moderne avec des grandes chambres+grand balcon.
Grand espace public avec pelouse et immense piscine.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner ,du point de vue europeen n' est pas à la hauteur d' un hotel 5 etoiles.Jus de fruits et confitures industrielles de basse qualité,pains et croissants peu appetissants etc...
Il y a beaucoup de chinois,Sans doute l' accent est mis dans la cuisine asiatique.

Perfect location with great pool
Pros:

Good location with mountain views. Pool was great and service was excellent. Food was ample and catered for many cuisines.

Cons:

It is not a peaceful location. There are boat trips along the adjacent river and Ariel sports all day. This is a town for doing things.

Overheerlijk hotel op toplocatie.
Pros:

Tophotel met zeer vriendelijke mensen. Er stond een heerlijk en zeer uitgebreid ontbijt uitgeserveerd en je kunt gebruik maken van een buitengewoon groot zwembad. Het heeft een mooie fitness ruimte en massages kunnen ter plekke worden verricht. Alles is tot in de puntjes verzorgd, zoals bijvoorbeeld de tuin maar ook de gratis shuttlebus.
Het hotel ligt dicht bij het centrum, de Jang cave en andere fraaie attracties. Kortom, een aanrader voor wie eens lekker verwend wil worden.

Cons:

Moest even wennen aan de groepsreizigers die het hotel ineens massaal binnen vallen, maar ook weer ineens massaal uit het hotel vertrekken.

Luxurious and relaxing
Pros:

Food was great, room was huge (suite). the view over the river was amazing.

There was a corporate event going on with a band, they were loud but the music stopped around 10pm

웰컴 과일을 격식에 맞게 제대로 준다. 어느 방에서든 뷰가 좋아 기분이 좋다. 다음에 가더라도 다시 머물 것이다.

Cons:

달러를 낍으로 환전하고 싶었는데 안 되었다. 조식이 조금 더 풍성했으면 좋겠다.

Probably the best place to stay in Vang Vieng
Pros:

It's a really beautiful resort with a good design
The room and bed were very comfortable with a very nice view and everything worked well
The staff were really wonderful
The swimming pool is very large, clean and attractive, with well-spaced seating
The gym was well appointed and spacious
In general the resort is very well-managed and maintained
Nice location away from the dirty central town area and nearby the Jang cave.

Cons:

Poor sound proofing -- noise from longtail boats and other guests in adjacent rooms
There was a lot of noise from longtail boats in the pool area as well
Air conditioning was a bit noisy at times
Wi-fi connectivity in the pool area was poor
The price of food in the restaurant is very high
