Cons:

Everything of hotel the minute you walk in it's dirty outside landscaping was horrible and front desk concierges were only there to take your reservation and no friendly service. Security is horrible didn't feel safe at all the exit door locks were broken leaving for unauthorized people come into hotel. There were sketchy people asking for money and rides to their destination. Breakfast service was not a buffet-style like shown in pictures. You would need to ring a bell to ask for your Breakfast and lady cooking had an attitude like the rest of staff. It was very disappointing.

Disappointing
Pros:

Easy to get to, had free breakfast.

Cons:

It took staff 10 minutes to realize there was someone at the desk, and they acted like I was an inconvenience. There were napkins, cup stirrers, and other trash along the walkway to the rooms. The wifi was spotty at best.

The stay was okay not like other hotels I have been to.
Pros:

The pool is really cool and is of decent size.
The play room is also nice.

Cons:

I didn’t like the room the coffee machine was broken. I stayed for 2 nights on the second night o asked for new towels since we used the ones that were in the room the housekeeping staff did not want to give me they said do u need house keeping? I said no I only need to switch the towels give the old ones and get new ones they said told me to go ask the front desk. After asking again they finally gave me and made me sign a paper that they did housekeeping. I understand they are following the roles but the hotel should change that policy.
Also the kitchen no waffle machine, no sweets like croissants or cup cakes or muffins. No yogurt
Someone serving the food. Not a lot of variety compared to other hotels we have been to.
