Free breakfast, HH and parking
The hotel was in a great location near the National Park. It also served a good buffet breakfast with lots of options. The hotel room was large and comfortable and the TV had numerous channel and platform options. Price was reasonable as well.
Heating and air unit fan never stopped even though the temp was set an a specific setting (70 degrees). It was quite loud.
The hotel did not have a working resturuant for dinner (only a buffet breakfast). There was a bar next door that served food but it was full and the service slow.
Room was big and beds were the most comfortable I've ever had. Everything was clean and modern.
Location was very convenient to Patriots' Day Weekend events in Concord, Lexington and Minute Man National Park. The size and layout of the king suite was exceptional. Parking was convenient.
Noise was a big problem, most likely due to building structure and design. The long sterile hallways amplified any and all sounds in the corridor, and footsteps from the floor above shook our ceiling and room walls.
The bathroom design was terrible! The low-energy lighting made it very difficult to see to put on makeup. The environmentally conscious low-water system pressure made the rainfall and handheld shower heads a real challenge to adequately rinse hair and the handheld shower head could not be adjusted to tilt down so you had to hold it with one hand, while rinsing hair with the other hand. There was no shower ledge to put personal items, so we had to use the closed toilet seat as a poor alternative. It took 3x longer than it should have to take a shower! And as usual, not enough towel bars to hang towels to dry.
Kitchen was not adequately supplied for basic cooking needs. Overall, the studio and bathroom had not had a deep cleaned in a while and felt very icky.
room was large and quiet
The room was a little tired. I thought all and all it was a great hotel especially for the cost. I will definitely stay here again.
I thought that the rooms could use an upgrade on plugs, connections for technology.
The staff were super friendly and kind. The free breakfast was really good, we were super impressed. The pool was great.
Really I have nothing negative to say. There wasn’t much outdoor space for playing.
Quarto espaçoso, com todas as comodidades necessárias.

Location
Room a little run down
The location is great if you have a car, just a short drive away from Minute Man National Historical Park, Concord, and Lexington. The breakfast was wonderful, with vegan and vegetarian options. The rooms were clean, well-stocked, and comfortable. We really liked using the kitchen, and had everything we needed, including a full-sized fridge, plates, a sponge, and pots and pans. The fitness center was clean and in good working order. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would say it's worth the price!
I have no complaints!
nice people at the front desk.
The place is tired. The building needs a multi million dollar renovation or demolition....probably best. 3* minus rating.
Someone should take a look at the base of the door frame to the outside for stairway B. It kind of says it all.
Clearly the place to be was across the parking lot at the Aloft. At least the people at the bar seemed to be enjoying their stay.
The feel of the decor, the expensiveness of the lobby. The saltwater pool were all a big plus everything felt luxurious and yet not over the top. Free parking is good and accessible to local sites. Overall, a very good experience.
