Cons:

This was our fourth consecutive stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, despite repeatedly requesting that our room be cleaned, housekeeping did not service it even once during our four-night stay. This was very disappointing and fell well below the level of service we had come to expect from a hotel we have chosen to return to multiple times.

Overall, nice hotel for a brief stay and a good value for the price.
Pros:

We were only there one night, but it suited our purpose, which was to visit some family near Concord and see some sights. The room was comfortable and clean with a microwave and refrigerator, coffee and tea. The included breakfast had a lot of options and was quite good. The lobby is nice and the outside area is also a welcome place to sit, eat and chat.

Cons:

The parking lot was large enough, but many spots reserved for electric vehicles that could have been used for other cars. The outside garbage by the front doors was overflowing when we arrived and when we left the next day.
This might have be an anomaly as the rest of the hotel seemed clean and taken care of.

Comfortable, clean & very convenient
Pros:

The staff was friendly, the breakfast was great, very clean & comfortable.

Cons:

The only issue is the light in the bathroom wasn’t working. It would turn on then once you turned it off & you would go to turn it on again it wouldn’t work. We left the light on for the 3 days we stayed.

A prime location for Boston metropolitan sightseeing and events. I would stay here again.
Pros:

Excellent breakfast. Superb location for our purposes. Friendly and efficient staff. A bit expensive but it worked. We appreciated the communication.

Cons:

I thought it was an expensive room. The parking was a bit awkward. The furnishings were a bit dated. The elevator was small. There wasn't any maple syrup for the French toast.
