Attended the Morales wedding at the1620 and it was such fun! One bartender did not know how to make a drink but the line was long for your more competent bartender Rick. Keep him employed as long as you can. Great attitude, quality drink and services the bulk of the wedding crowd. Rick USA great bartender.
Morales wedding. I had an amazing time. Rick the bartender was the best.
The morales wedding last night was amazing. The bartender Rick made a great red sangria. He was very personable and gave great recommendations on bars and restaurants in the area.
I attended the morales wedding last night. The staff was great. Especially Rick the bartender who made me an amazing espresso martini.
I attended the Morales wedding and the quality of the drinks along with the service from your bartender, Rick, was excellent. Rick is an asset to your hotel.
We booked the 1620 for a wedding room block. All the guest rooms were recently renovated, which were amazing. We worked with Karen Igenito in booking the block and she was kind, helpful, and thorough. Location, location, location as well. Ideal for any room block for your guests. I believe interior corridors and exterior renovations will be done in the off season as well. Highly recommend
Very nice overall experience. Nice front desk staff. Excellent location for restaurants and harbor front access. Room was nice with lots of lighting options. Nice toiletries in bath.
One criticism: the water pressure in room 462 was absolutely horrible. I'm a guy with short hair and rinsing soap off took way longer than it should. A long haired person who shampoos and conditions would be very frustrated when trying to rinse it out. It was more than a dribble but had very low PSI.
Bathroom needs a good scrub in tub and floors
The location was very good, There is a lot activities nearby. Good location for Children’s. Love the spad.
I would prefer a breakfast included for the price.
Didn’t like the smelling carpet in the hall
This is a lively hotel in Plymouth within walking distance to of the sites and restaurants and shopping.

We have stayed at this hotel for several years in July. So happy to see the hallway to our room painted with new carpet. Definitely brightens it up. Our room was also redone and looked great. Happy to have a sofa and refrigerator in the room. Also enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the morning and evening, too hot during the day. The hotel is a bit of a walk to the Mayflower and Plymouth Rock but doable We will be back next summer
