Not much option in breakfast for vegetarian or vegan
Loved the fresh fruit especially the blueberries. Think about adding turkey sausage. Overall I give the breakfast 👍🏻
The parking was pricey, and a bit inconvenient.
We came to CLT for a concert and this hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the Spectrum Center. We were welcomed by Roger who gave us a complimentary room upgrade, which was much appreciated! The rooms are quite clean and we really liked the variety of breakfast options. I was especially impressed with Susan who had the most positive attitude, made sure there was plenty of food out and even cleared our table for us. Whoever was working at the desk in the evening (I didn’t get his name) was super kind and generous - offering us bottles of water (asking how many we wanted), which was nice after our walk back from the show. When I asked for water in the morning, the guy working said we could only have a bottle at check in and pointed to the area where there was water for purchase. It was a very different (off putting) energy than the evening prior. We were especially looking forward to some pool time in the morning, only to be told when we showed up that the chemicals weren’t put in and the water wouldn’t be ready (until it was time for us to check out). We were trying to make a mini vacay out of this trip and were bummed we didn’t get to utilize some of the amenities we specifically booked here for.
Understaffed desk made checking in and out lengthy and tiring. Lack of available parking was the worst aspect of this visit. I also was unable to shorten my stay and won’t be using Booking.com again.
The front desk staff were exceptional!
The breakfast was disappointing, I would have like pastries like muffins and just more offerings.

Location of the hotel is very good [next to Uptown], and parking location with in and out privileges was convenient. Room and beds were very comfortable. Room air conditioning was excellent. Breakfast was very good.
Housekeeping sometimes made the room very late in the day. Despite the hotel's "quiet hours" rule, the people in the room next door had a party one night starting at 1:00am and it took two calls to the front desk to get them to come to our floor to get it fully shut down -- until 2:00am.
I was welcome by a great front person Tye he was very knowledgeable and handle the crowded lobby with professional profession bug ups to TYE
