Concert trip to Charlotte
Pros:

Great location! Close to concert venue we were attending . Very comfortable bed also.

Cons:

We were told parking would be “comped” but later saw charges to our credit card.

Wish I could have stayed longer.
Pros:

The breakfast was exceptional. Parking and walking to our event was very convenient. Staff was the most professional I have met in a very long time. Every staff member seemed happy to be there. Check in was extremely easy.

Cons:

That I could not stay longer. The pool was clean and inviting, more time in Charlotte would have given us time to use it. Restaurants were convenient. The pantry at the front desk was well stocked with snacks.

Extremely friendly
Pros:

Our stay was great. We were in town for a concert and we were walking distance from Bank of America stadium which was very convenient. The entire staff is extremely friendly, especially Susan who helped us with our breakfast. Would definitely stay here again

Concert stay
Pros:

Great stay! Super close to the stadium we stayed for a concert and was able to walk to the concert which was 10/10. the walk was very easy and safe we walked with our daughter. The hotel was very clean and the staff was super helpful and sweet. The front desk lady helped us with laundry and Susan was very kind during breakfast making sure everyone was happy.
