Pros:

The breakfast was good.

Cons:

Management needs to ensure that housekeeping puts on clean linens before new guest are given a room. Also housekeeping needs to make sure they replace the toilet paper when cleaning the rooms

Pros:

Everything was good with the room,staff, conveniences of places I wanted to go.

Cons:

Only two things I didn't like was that the outside sockets didn't work at the pool and grills wasn't clean

Really nice stay.
Pros:

The location, friendly staff at front desk

Cons:

The parking situation was not good . Having to go to the lobby on the 2nd floor to get the parking ticket validated each time I arrived from an outing. Too much of a hassle.

Worth the price. Great breakfast. Cute and cozy room. Parking and the elevators can be very annoying. But, I recommend.
Pros:

I liked the friendly staff. I think Roger was his name who checked me in. He’s very good at his job. The breakfast was awesome! The amount of people was overwhelming but I know you all can’t help that.

Cons:

I did not like only 2 elevators. It took forever sometimes to go up and down. Around the building had a lot of trash, it made it uncomfortable when I was walking my dog.

It was a great week and if I had another event in Charlotte I would choose this hotel again.
Pros:

The location was perfect for having to go to class every day at the Convention Center. The room was very nice and clean. Roger on evening shift assisted me every night for dinner locations and I gave him updates on what was good or not and new locations to add to the restaurant list.

Cons:

I am type 2 diabetic. I only ate breakfast there once. There are a lot of carbs that I can't eat. I had the little egg bites but they didn't taste the best. More like a powdered egg. They were dry.
