Nice ambience
Check out was only extended until noon.
Clean property. Carparks in different areas made it easy to reach room in a large hotel.
O'Reilly's was soooo good. Room was very clean and i felt very comfortable. Staff also came in and gave extra toilet paper, towels, and made the bed when we left during the day, which was much appreciated.
Check in person was very kind and helpful
They went out of their way to help give a joining rooms! Thank you

The hotel was ectremely clean and modern. We particularly liked the onsight restaurant O'neils and the pool.
The hotel is adjacent to a busy freeway and traffic noise could be heard in our room on that side of the hotel. Not enough to spoil our stay though.
Pool is so fun for kids!

Found a gem of a place for our family of 4 (2 young children, 2 adults). Stayed here for our visit to Hershey park and will definitely be back. Restaurant was amazing food at a great price. Best wings we’ve ever had. Very fresh food and great for adults and kids. Staff incredibly friendly. Hotel staff amazing, great pool and rooms very clean. Front desk helped us with a first aid situation for one of our kids and they went above and beyond for us. Room clean, bed comfy and noise levels were fine. Pool hours were perfect. We even got a late swim after a park day. We will for sure be back for our next Hershey trip. Cannot say enough about how great our stay was.
We use this hotel because the staff is friendly, it is clean, has a nice restaurant attached, and for travelers the shuttle service-very important to us. The two drivers we had recently have been great.
The lack of a bathtub, but I failed to ask when we were lucky enough to check in early due to travel needs.
Well kept hotel. We traveled with our dog and they were very accommodating. Pleasant staff (shout out to Victoria at O’Relley’s). Nice rooms and pool were well taken care of. About a twenty minute trip to Hershey.
It was a big and open entrance, had a restaurant and even with other activities going on it still felt peaceful. The room was very comfortable and loved that included a nice size living room area.
Pillows in the bedroom were not the best.
