⚠️ WARNUNG – FINGER WEG VON DIESEM HOTEL!

Ich kann dieses Hotel absolut nicht empfehlen und würde jedem raten, hier nicht zu buchen.

Ich hatte zwei Zimmer reserviert und die Buchung sogar einen Tag vor der Anreise nochmals bestätigt. Trotzdem erhielt ich nur etwa 30 Minuten vor unserer Ankunft eine E-Mail, dass plötzlich kein Zimmer mehr verfügbar sei. So etwas ist völlig inakzeptabel und respektlos gegenüber den Gästen.

Am Ende mussten wir zu dritt in einem einzigen Zimmer übernachten, obwohl wir zwei Zimmer gebucht hatten. Das hat unsere Reise unnötig belastet.

Die Einrichtung ist in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Die Matratzen sind extrem unbequem, alt und durchgelegen. Man wacht mit Rückenschmerzen auf und fühlt sich überhaupt nicht erholt. Das gesamte Hotel wirkt heruntergekommen und seit vielen Jahren nicht mehr renoviert. Meiner Meinung nach verdient dieser Ort die Bezeichnung „Hotel“ nicht.

Besonders enttäuschend war das Verhalten des Besitzers. Er sprach kaum Englisch und zeigte keinerlei Interesse daran, das Problem zu lösen. Statt sich zu entschuldigen oder eine angemessene Lösung anzubieten, sagte er nur, dass ich die zweite Buchung stornieren und mir ein anderes Hotel suchen könne, wenn es mir nicht passe.

Für mich wirkt das wie eine irreführende und unzuverlässige Geschäftspraxis. Gäste werden mit bestätigten Buchungen angelockt und kurz vor der Ankunft vor vollendete Tatsachen gestellt.

Meine klare Empfehlung: Buchen Sie dieses Hotel nicht. Es gibt viele bessere Alternativen. Seien Sie vorsichtig und lesen Sie die Bewertungen genau, bevor Sie sich für dieses Hotel entscheiden.

Excelente ubicación y recepción 24h
Pros:

La ubicación a 5 minutos andando de la plaza Skenderbeg y del lugar donde te dejaban los autobuses que llegan desde el aeropuerto. Además de que tenía recepción 24h y por eso lo elegimos, nuestro vuelo llegaba de madrugada.

Összességében ár-érték arányban megfelelő, vannak jó és rossz dolgok is
Pros:

A szállás közel van a reptéri buszhoz (8-10 perc séta), de egy relatívan csendes utcában található. Az ágy és a párna kényelmes, a szobában van egy kis hűtő, és a fürdőben papucs a fürdéshez. Emellett van légkondicionáló is, ami nagy előny, főleg nyáron. Könnyen megközelíthető és vannak a közelben kisboltok illetve éttermek. Lehet kérni reggelit, ami ugyan nem sok, de én egyébként sem szoktam nagy reggelit tartani, így tökéletes volt. A személyzet kedves, mosolyogtak és próbáltak kommunikálni valahogy.

Cons:

A szoba kissé kopott, az ablak nem záródott jól, illetve a szoba nagyon sötét az ablak elhelyezkedéséből adódóan. (Lehet, hogy a másik szobák nem, azt nem tudom) A zuhanyban egy-két mozaikdarab laza volt, de ezt ellensúlyozta a papucs. A személyzet bár kedves, de alig beszél angolul, ami szerintem egy frekventált helyen, ahol sok a külföldi, egy kissé meglepő.
