Pros:

The staff was very friendly and the bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

The bathroom smelled like a sewer, the shower we didn't use because with the door shut to the shower the smell was over welding.

The carpet had tears in it when you first a t entered the room as and at the entrance to the bathroom.

Great for the price
Pros:

Bed and pillows were super comfortable! And the shower was pretty spacious and hot water was great for the second floor!

Cons:

Building was pretty outdated and squeaky, and the air conditioner in the room made alot of noise
