Bueno ubicación, buenas instalaciones (habitación grande, buena piscina) y buena relación calidad/precio.

Cons:

Lamentablemente, durante toda nuestra estancia vimos muy poco al personal, ya que casi nunca encontrábamos a nadie en recepción. Es cierto que contactábamos por WhatsApp y intentaban solucionar todas nuestras situaciones/ dudas, pero creo que es importante tener alguien disponible en el edificio siempre.

Non viene fornita acqua gratuitamente sigillata ma in delle bottiglie di vetro fornite da loro e non hanno prima colazione. Per il resto ok.

The biggest issue was the manager's behavior. Instead of being helpful and respectful, the manager was rude, unprofessional, and showed no interest in resolving customer concerns. Good hospitality starts with how guests are treated, and unfortunately this hotel failed in that regard.
