Inconfort à tout va mais proche de la cascade
Pros:

La proximité avec la cascade.

Cons:

Tout.
Une cabane avec un lit une salle de bain étroite et c’est tout.
Un ventilateur au plafond et un enfant qui m’a enregistré.
Hallucinant et l’internet ils devaient chercher le mot de passe je ne sais pas où et je l’attend encore.

La cabane fait l’affaire pour une nuit, mais pas plus.
Pros:

Nous sommes arrivés extrêmement tard et c’était très mal éclairé, mais nous avons vu surgir de nulle part un petit garçon qui nous attendait au bord de la route, alors que nous n’avions formulé, aucune demande auparavant et qui nous a ramené jusqu’à la cabane. Pas de système informatique donc n’a pas pu réellement vérifier notre réservation, mais nous a néant moins donné la table. La cabane est à l’intérieur de la cascade, c’est-à-dire pour visiter la cascade, on sort et on y est directement. Il s’agit de la résidence la plus proche pour visiter les cabane. Il y en a pas d’autres. La cabane est petite dispose de deux grands, elle est en bois au milieu de la forêt donc des insectes. La salle de bain est très petite ne m’a pas donné envie de me doucher. Mais néanmoins je dirais que pour une nuit et pour pouvoir visiter la cascade et être sur place directement ça reste correct. Ce que j’ai le plus apprécié c’est de trouver quelqu’un qui nous attendait. La cabane est isolée. D’ailleurs, la cascade est isolée en haut de la montagne, très difficile d’accès route, sinueuse étroite. En plus il pleuvait, il faut traverser des villages car il n’y a pas d’autoroute pour accéder. Malheureusement, il a plu plusieurs jours avant notre arrivée. Et d’ailleurs dans la nuit de notre arrivée il a énormément plu donc la cascade était boueuse et nous n’avons pas pu nous y baigner. Néanmoins, nous avons fait de la tyrolienne et nous sommes montés jusqu’en haut et elle vallait le coup. À l’intérieur de la cascade et uniquement la journée, il y a plein de restaurants. Le cadre à l’extérieur est très beau

C’est rustique, et les draps ne m’ont pas aspiré confiance. J’ai donc dû mettre une serviette pour dormir. L’isolation est extrêmement mauvaise. D’ailleurs je pense qu’il n’y en a pas car c’est du bois et les cabanes sont collées les une aux autres. Donc si vous tousser votre voisin vous entend et si votre voisin tous vous l’entendez

It was not worth staying one night at this village

- The plants in the garden were really beautiful

- No toilet lid
- everywhere faeces from animals in the room
- everything was dirty and the toilet smelled very bad after every flush
- a few Cockroaches in the room
- the house had holes that insects came in
- no attractions beside the waterfalls (for walking around in the forest you need always a guide)

Neglected place, very bad value for what you get!
Pros:

You can walk to Agua Azul, but really that's it.

Cons:

The price of this place is way to high for what you get. If this place was cheap then it would be more oke, expect nothing. The bed sheets were full of stains and there is nothing like soaps, not even a small soap bar to wash your hands!! The bed is really hard, old and bad. Only a fan hanging high on the ceiling from which you can't control the wind direction. it will get really hot and humid in this place!!

The place/surroundings looks totally abandoned or neglected and the rooms looks really old. In the surrounding there is a lot of trash and animal poo. The people in the restaurants are super annoying and the food is bad. The staff won't give you any information about restaurants or where to go, so we ended up in a really weird place behind the cabins which looked like a ghost town.

You can hear the neighbors really loud because of the thin wooden wall.

Also: don't go to Agua Azul if it rains. The waterfalls will turn brown and look like a natural disaster. If not, then the place is nice but very touristy.

Pros:

the location in this incredible Toltec land with the families that live and work there to provide clean rustic lodging, good restaurants…. many vendors selling handmade
items as you climb the stairs and walkways over looking incredible waterfalls… the best “mall” in the world!! great swimming… everyone is kind and helpful

Pros:

Perfecta ubicación para visitar las cascadas de Agua Azul, lo único que mejoraría sería el tiempo del agua caliente en la regadera y la presión con la que sale, todo lo demás excelente!
