Pros:

L'emplacement est idéal, à côté du vieux carré, très proche du Mississipi. Le personnel est très accueillant et sympathique. Le petit déjeuner est incroyable, avec un personnel aux petits soins pour le ravitailler en continu. Literie confortable et chambre propre

Cons:

Nous avons moins apprécié l'odeur d'humidité dans la chambre, mais il faut reconnaître qu'à la Nouvelle-Orléans, le taux d'humidité est très important donc c'est logique. Le bruit de la rue également mais on n'a rien sans rien, on est en hyper centre donc c'est logique aussi.

A very pleasant stay
Pros:

I was very satisfied. The room was nice, big, and clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very good, so many choices, hot, and cold. I liked special that it give coffee, and hot water for tea 24 hours in the lobby.

Excellent place to stay!
Pros:

This will be my go to property in New Orleans! The staff is friendly and professional. The breakfast is very good with a wide variety of items. Overall I had an excellent stay! Traveled alone and felt safe.

Pros:

Le personnel à l'accueil très sympa, surtout le jeune homme.
Le petit était varié et bon.

We stayed at Holiday Inn Express New Orleans Downtown for 2 nights and were extremely disappointed with the lack of advertised basic amenities.
Unusable Pool: We specifically booked this hotel during hot and humid August days so the kids could use the pool. Upon arrival, it was closed. We were told it would open the next day, but the water remained dark green, murky, and completely unsanitary. It was totally unsafe to swim in.
Ice Machines: Advertised as available on every floor, but all of them were marked "Out of Order".
Laundry: The guest laundry facilities on our floor were broken and unavailable.
When we raised these issues, management refused to offer a fair resolution or take responsibility.
Paying full price for a hotel with broken amenities and a health-hazard pool is completely unacceptable. Avoid this hotel if you are expecting the basic services advertised.

La piscina era chiusa, ci è stato detto con sicurezza che sarebbe stata aperta il giorno successivo ma non era vero, per nulla perché l'acqua era completamente verde...
La macchina del ghiaccio e una delle lavatrici erano fuori servizio
Ho avuto un problema con la carta di credito e la receptionist mentre mi spiegava (in una lingua che non è la mia) il problema, invece di guardarmi fissava il monitor. Non è stata per nulla empatica!

Fair, convenient
Pros:

The location was in walking distance of alot of places we went. There was a fridge and microwave in the room. The AC worked really well.

Cons:

The rooms were really small. The beds were hard and the pillows were terrible (they deflate as soon as u lay your head on it). Water leaked on the floor when I took a shower. The lighting in the room sucked. My bed was made up with the same sheets all three days.
