Perfect location, immaculate rooms, comfortable bed, great value!
Pros:

We loved staying at La Cascada House.
Rosie, June and the team were amazing and helped us book trips, train tickets, food and much more.
The spacious rooms were extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable.
Lovely bed linen and towels and complementary toiletries.
The property is located in a really perfect place as it’s off the road from the hustle and bustle but only 1 minute walk to great restaurants and tourist attractions. Only a 10 minute walk to Train Street!
Rosie took care of our laundry and it came back smelling amazing and very clean!
We loved it so much we went back after our trip to SAPA!

Pros:

Great location, start of night markets on weekends, staff are great tucked away in a little lane way.

Cons:

Lots hotels are now using coolers in rooms, this is one of them, if you have medication it becomes an issue but on this occasion they went above and put it in staff fridge.

Tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist super. Sehr gut gelegen, sie war total sauber und wir möchten unbedingt das tolle Personal hervorheben. Die Mädels an der Rezeption sind super freundlich und haben uns bei allen Angelegenheiten sehr gut geholfen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Accueil chaleureux, toujours disponible pour nous informer, chambre très propre avec terrasse. Situé dans une ruelle au calme. Je vous recommande cet hôtel sans hésiter.

Pros:

Hôtel trouvé le jour même de notre arrivée à Hanoï. Chambre très spacieuse, Petit balcon. Très propre. Emplacement près de l'arrêt du bus 86 provenant de l'aéroport. Possibilité de laisser les bagages avant d'avoir la chambre. Et bien situé, dans quartier très commerçant. Je conseille !

Pros:

I stayed her for 4 days. The location was great: within the Old Quarter and just a couple minutes away from the night market which happens on the weekends. The staf was very friendly, spoke good English and was very helpful during my stay. The room was very nice and clean.

Personnel très serviable. Les chambres sont confortables, cela nous a permis de nous reposer après le trajet depuis la France. Le personnel a également missionné un bon chauffeur, a notre demande, afin d'aller à Bac Ha.

Uwielbiamy ten hotel. Komfort, czystość, spokój , świetna lokalizacja. To jest nasz drugi pobyt i kolejnym razem też byśmy tam wrócili. Obsługa hotelu rewelacyjna, pokochaliśmy te dziewczyny! Są miłe, serdeczne i zawsze uśmiechnięte! ♥️ Mieszkaliśmy w pokoju rodzinnym na 3 piętrze. Obserwować pociągi z balkonu, to była rewelacja!
Kochamy to miejsce! 🥰♥️ Bardzo dobrze się tam czuliśmy.

Pros:

Total freundliches Personal das sich direkt um alle Anliegen kümmert. Beim einchecken bekommt man direkt Informationen zu local Food und einen Stadtplan.

Obwohl das Hotel direkt an der Bahn liegt, hört man nichts davon. Es ist total sauber und die Lage ist perfekt um Hanoi City zu Fuß zu besichtigen.
