Pros:

Extremely lovely and friendly staff. They welcomed my parents who arrived two days before me and had amazing recommendations. My parents absolutely loved all the tours and actives they recommended. Perfect location in Old Quarter near the night markets but extremely quiet rooms.

Staff were very accommodating they even give a keychain for a parting gift :)
Pros:

Even though the hotel is small, I would like to book this again when I plan to visit Hanoi one more time. The staff were very accommodating and it's few minutes away from the center.

Cons:

The hotel is not accessible to some cars because the pinned location is on the other side.

With the balcony it’s a good place to stay in Hanoi. And location is really good.
Pros:

The location is very good. And the balcony is really really nice. So I would say my stay was really good.

Cons:

Sometimes they over advertise or want things to happen their way a little too much.

Pros:

Everything was good. I did a few hôtels here and it was one of the best because i did not here anything from the road or the neighbours. Maybe because I put AC and the fan on. Thank you to June and Bi for their welcome and their help !
