Rất tuyệt vời. Nếu có quay lại Hà Nội vào kỳ nghỉ tới thì mình chắc vẫn sẽ chọn khách sạn này.
Pros:

Vị trí tiện để có thể tới các quán ăn nổi tiếng trong phố cổ. Nhân viên rất nhiệt tình và thân thiệt. Phòng ốc cũng sạch sẽ.

Cons:

Tủ lạnh trong phòng khá là yếu. Mình có mua nước về để trong tủ để uống mà nước không hề lạnh.

Perfect location, incredible staff.
Pros:

The staff was literally the most helpful and kind hotel staff I have encountered anywhere in the world! I couldn’t believe how helpful they were. Also their English was excellent.

Pros:

Location is perfect for exploring the old quarter, it’s within walking distance of restaurants, shopping areas and train street. Rooms are clean and as described in the pictures. The staff are also very accommodating and make you feel so welcome. I would definitely recommend staying here if you can!

Pros:

Le personnel était vraiment adorable, les personnes à l’accueil nous demandait tous les matins et tous les soirs si tout se passait bien, nous ont recommandé les choses à faire à Hanoï avec une carte des différents quartiers et restaurants et magasins à faire si on le voulait. Les chambres sont top, la douche est très agréable et la literie excellente. La clim parfaite et il y a aussi une télé dans la chambre. Tout était parfait
