Pros:

This hotel was amazing. Super comfy room that was huge. Fantastic location. Highly recommend it and the staff were lovely.

Beautiful, well located and comfortable hotrl
Pros:

I stayed four days in this beautiful and well located hotel in a quiet area with restaurants, shops and konbini around the corner. There are two subway lines a short walk from the hotel but most days I walked to Nishiki market and most places. I stayed at the Japanese style room which was huge yet elegant with comfy beds and pillows! The staff were so accommodating. It is definitely at least a 4- star relative to most places we've stayed in! Will stay here again next time I visit!

Pros:

Excelente localização. Hotel com uma decoração linda. Cada quarto tem uma decoração diferente.
Quarto enorme com zona de dormir e zona com mesa e cadeiras que deu muito jeito.
Extremamente silencioso.

Hotel vibe was good. Room had plenty of space and great amenities. Appreciated the Netflix and Youtube on t he TV, and the washer/dryer.

Cons:

入住第一晚時，在床頭櫃旁與洗手台下發現前一位房客留下的垃圾，對整潔感受相當不好。

我原本猶豫很久要不要反映，因為不想影響旅途第一天的心情，也理解飯店偶爾可能會有疏失。但後來還是客氣地向飯店反映，希望能協助處理。

飯店後續有正式道歉，並表示已通知房務主管重新檢查與清潔。不過當我之後回到房間時，原本提到的垃圾依然還在，完全沒有被清理。

這讓人感覺問題並不只是單純疏失，而是後續處理與清潔巡檢並沒有真正落實。以這樣的房價來說，這樣的住宿品質令人失望。
