It was ok for what i needed a place to sleep whilst working.

The gross shower with orange bottom. The cakey caulking and paint that looks unclean. The damaged furniture and microwave. The cracked sink that leaked.

The staff was very good. The breakfast had great selection and was well stocked. The room was clean and the bed comfortable.

Cons:

The TV remote was a bit overcomplicated and ridiculous but a staff member came to the room to give me instruction.

Absolutely will not stay at another Best Western.

Didn’t partake, not a very inviting choices in the breakfast offered..

Cons:

The entire facility is below acceptable standards. The rooms are ill equipped, no where to hang clothes. Shower head rusty, floor badly stained from use so not cleaned properly. Dispensers in shower were empty. Door to the room didn’t close properly, no hinge plate on the safety lock. Entry room light switch not working. The only positive I found, the bed was clean & adequately comfortable.
