Lo staff molto accogliente e preparato a soddisfare qualsiasi esigenza.
La location carina, con una grossa piscina immersa nel verde del giardino.
Colazione non a buffet, ma alla carta. Devo dire abbastanza ricca, buona e fresca!

Cons:

La pulizia non era il massimo. Posizione non centrale perciò convien spostarsi con mezzi (scooter/bici/taxi/ecc)

Charming rustic place in rural location

Lovely little hotel, quite rustic but that is part of it’s charm. Staff are incredibly helpful.

Nous avons été déçus. Nous avions réservé pour 2 nuits mais sommes finalement partis au bout d’une nuit.

Cons:

Chambres pas très propres, mais en mauvais état, climatisation marchant très mal, des équipements un peu casses et des trous dans les murs… et surtout cafards et araignées !
Nous avons dû changer de chambre car plusieurs cafards énormes dans la 1ere, et lumière cassée dans la douche, le réceptionniste tres gentil nous a proposé une autre chambre qui était mieux mais pas en très bon état non plus. Draps poussiéreux. Et le gel douche fourni dans la douche sentait bizarre comme de l’essence ?! De plus, l’emplacement n’est pas idéal il n’est pas pratique d’aller dans le centre de Tam Coc à pieds (route sans trottoir à longer).

Highly recommend hiring a bike for the day, my favourite memory from my 5 week trip to Vietnam.
Easy to book tours.

Cons:

It's a little far out from the main area with bars/ restaurants but it's a nice walk.

Pros:

As camas e travesseiro são confortáveis, o espaço do locker e o espaço para colocar coisas no dormitório são ótimos Tinha café da manhã incluso. As pessoas que trabalham lá são muito atenciosas. A piscina é deliciosa e limpa. O espaço do chuveiro é grande. Alugam bicicleta e bem fácil de se deslocar

A estrutura do banheiro é velha, da a sensação de suja, o acesso é externo então você está sujeito a pegar chuva. As cortinas das camas estavam mais velhas e com muito pó.
