Great Staff, Very Helpful, Central Location and Big rooms with safety.
Pros:

Superb Friendly Staff, Always on their toes to help, From Reception to Server all were friendly and went beyond to fulfill all our asks.
Location is very central, walkimg distance to Hanoi Train location, Hang Da, Dong Xuan, Walking street , Restaurents , Shops and everything.
Very safe for families and groups, we enjoyed the stay to the core. Must recommended.

Das Hanoi Center Silk Lullaby Hotel ist eine wirklich tolle Unterkunft direkt im Herzen der Altstadt von Hanoi. Das Hotel liegt in einer kleinen Gasse, sodass es dort sehr ruhig ist und man keinen Straßenlärm hört. Von hier aus geht man nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Hoan Kiem See und zum lebhaften Nachtmarkt. Rund um das Hotel gibt es auch sehr viele leckere Restaurants und schöne Cafés zu entdecken.Die Zimmer hier sind zwar nicht riesig, aber super gemütlich und sauber. Das Beste ist das riesige und bequeme Bett, das nach einem langen Fußmarsch für einen tiefen Schlaf sorgt. Im Zimmer gibt es alles Notwendige wie Fernseher, Kühlschrank und eine gut kühlende Klimaanlage. Jede kleine Ecke wird vom Personal täglich gründlich geputzt.

Cons:

Am meisten beeindruckt hat mich die Aufmerksamkeit der Mitarbeiter. Schon beim Betreten der Tür wird man mit einem Lächeln, einem kühlen Getränk und frischem Obst begrüßt. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr herzlich, zeigen einem den Weg und geben gute Ausflugstipps. Das Hotel hilft auch dabei, Autos und Touren zu sehr fairen Preisen zu buchen. Für diesen günstigen Preis hat die Qualität des Service meine Erwartungen weit übertroffen.

Lullaby Hotel överraskade mig verkligen totalt. Som svensk letar jag alltid efter den perfekta balansen i livet, det som vi kallar för lagom. Alltså inte för mycket och inte för lite, utan allt ska vara så där smart och lagom sofistikerat. Men herregud, Lullaby förstörde min lagom-känsla helt och hållet eftersom allt här var alldeles för bra.Så fort jag kom in i rummet blev jag imponerad av den minimalistiska men supermysiga stilen, helt i linje med vår nordiska hygge-känsla. Varje litet hörn var så rent och snyggt att till och med en kräsen person som jag inte kunde hitta ett enda dammkorn.Men det absolut läskigaste var sängen. Den var inte lagom för fem öre. Den var så galet skön. Jag svär på att den här sängen har någon form av superkraft, för så fort jag lade mig ner försvann omvärlden direkt. Den fick mig till och med att missa min fika, vilket är helt heligt för oss svenskar, bara för att jag var upptagen med att sova så otroligt gott.Personalen här var så vänliga och snälla att jag nästan smälte. Frukosten var också så god att jag åt dubbelt så mycket som jag brukar göra en vanlig dag. Kort sagt fick Lullaby mig att glömma allt vad måttlighet heter och bara njuta av ren lyx. Jag kommer definitivt att komma tillbaka hit, även om det betyder att jag blir jättelat igen.

super helpful , was picked up from the airport , room was cleaned daily .

No issues with changing the booking ,
