Much more than a budget hotel
Pros:

A brilliant hotel for what you pay. The staff were always chatty and interested in our plans. Perfect location for exploring. The Banh Mi place next door is great value too! The beds are super comfy compared to other places we've stayed.

Overall, it was such a wonderful experience that we would definitely love to stay here again!
Pros:

Exceptional stay!We absolutely loved this hotel. The location is perfectly central, making it so easy to get around. The service was truly outstanding; the staff answered every question and helped us with absolutely everything we needed. Highly recommended!

Cons:

The only downside for us was the stairs, which made things a bit difficult. Even though the hotel kindly offered an alternative location without stairs, we chose to stay here anyway.

Geweldig lief personeel, helpt je direct met al je vragen.de kamers waren netjes en de bedden lagen heerlijk.ook een zeer goede locatie midden in het centrum.

Pros:

Bien centré dans une rue sans voitures et calme. La chambre était parfaite avec un très grand lit. Le personnel très accuillant toujours, nous ont aidé à louer une scooter et avec des recommandations.

Goed hotel met zeer vriendelijk personeel
Pros:

Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst met snacks en thee. Het personeel is heel behulpzaam. De kamer zelf was erg schoon en zeer ruim. Er is geen vuiltje te bekennen. Het waren zeer goede bedden. De ligging van het hotel is erg goed. Je zit vlakbij het historisch centrum en trainstreet..

Cons:

De koelkast koelde niet.
Er was geen warm water in de douche.
De publieke ruimtes kunnen echt wel een opknapbeurt gebruiken.

Довольно близко от центра, от старого города!
Pros:

Очень доброжелательные сотрудники отеля, помогали во всем, бесплатно угощали чаем и бананами, хотя у нас не был включен завтрак, помогали с багажом и с решением всех вопросов!

Cons:

К сожалению, в нашем номере практически не было окон, они вплотную выходили на стену., всвязи с этим темновато.

Un personnel incroyable, surtout une personne Huyen elle parle français ce qui nous as beaucoup aidé même pour nos visites. Mon mari a eu droit à son gâteau d'anniversaire un soir quand on est revenue d'une excursion.
