Excellent location , Staff and Service are Superb
Pros:

Location is very good and not noisy as cars are not allowed to enter the road. Very near to Train Street and 15 minute walk to Night Market. Bed is comfortable. Shower is good and spacious . Staff and service is excellent they make you feel so welcome and very helpful.

Cons:

3 flight of Stairs one flight has no rail to the lift to take you to the rooms. Air condition was not very cold for us which we told and they sent maintenance team to deal with straight away. It works but takes a while to cool the room.

I originally booked a room at Hanoi Silk Lullaby Hotel, but one day before check-in, the hotel informed me that I would be moved to Hanoi Center Silk Premium due to an issue with the room I had reserved.
At first, I was a little concerned, but it turned out to be a great experience. The replacement hotel was even better, and the room provided exceeded my expectations. Although the property feels a bit older, it is very clean and well maintained.
The staff were friendly, professional, and extremely helpful throughout my stay. The location is excellent—just a short walk from St. Joseph's Cathedral and surrounded by plenty of dining options. One of the highlights was Pho 10, which is nearby and absolutely delicious.
Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay and appreciate how well the hotel handled the reservation change. I would happily stay here again.

Cons:

The staircase leading to the reception, which is quite steep (for older people). There is an alternative access through the spa next door, with only a few steps and an elevator directly to the rooms, but this entrance is unavailable once the spa closes at night

Spędziłam niedawno niezwykle udany czas w hotelu Hanoi Lullaby Hotel and Travel, zlokalizowanym przy ulicy Ngo Tram numer szesnaście w dzielnicy Hoan Kiem, i jestem pod ogromnym wrażeniem tego miejsca pod każdym względem. Z pewnością będzie to mój pierwszy wybór podczas każdej kolejnej wizyty w stolicy Wietnamu. Największym atutem hotelu jest jego doskonałe położenie w samym centrum Starego Miasta, tuż obok tętniącej życiem okolicy Hang Bong. Stąd w zaledwie kilka minut spacerem można dotrzeć do jeziora Hoan Kiem, Katedry św. Józefa czy słynnej ulicy z torami kolejowymi. Mimo że hotel znajduje się rzut kamieniem od gwarnych ulic pełnych lokalnego jedzenia i rozrywek, to dzięki lokalizacji w małej uliczce panuje w nim wyjątkowy spokój. Pozwoliło mi to na głęboki, niezakłócony miejskim hałasem sen po całym dniu pełnym wrażeń.Poza świetną lokalizacją, same pokoje również zapewniają maksymalny komfort. Wnętrza zostały zaprojektowane w nowoczesnym, subtelnym stylu, który jednocześnie nawiązuje do ciepłego klimatu dawnego Hanoi. Wszystko było przestronne, nienagannie czyste i inteligentnie urządzone, z pełnym wyposażeniem obejmującym inteligentny telewizor, sejf oraz małą lodówkę. Obsługa sprząta pokoje codziennie, dzięki czemu pościel i ręczniki zawsze lśniły czystością i pięknie pachniały. Ogromne, niezwykle wygodne łóżko to rzecz, która urzekła mnie najbardziej, ponieważ pozwalało idealnie zregenerować siły po wielogodzinnym odkrywaniu urokliwych zakątków miasta. Ponadto hotel oferuje smaczne posiłki i świetne udogodnienia. Śniadania były świeże, bardzo smaczne i urozmaicone każdego dnia. Strefa barowa, w której można się zrelaksować, oraz pomoc w organizacji wycieczek do zatoki Ha Long czy w góry Sa Pa stanowią ogromne ułatwienie dla każdego podróżnika.Jednak tym, co wywarło na mnie największe wrażenie i sprawia, że chcę tam wrócić, jest personel hotelu. Geweldige ervaring in het Hanoi Lullaby Hotel
Pros:

Ik heb een onvergetelijk verblijf gehad in het Hanoi Lullaby Hotel. Het hotel is centraal gelegen in de oude wijk, wat erg handig is. De kamers zijn schoon, rustig en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het grootste pluspunt hier is het personeel; de medewerkers zijn ontzettend aardig, gastvrij en hebben me tijdens mijn hele verblijf uitstekend geholpen. Dit is een geweldige plek om te overnachten met een service die de prijs overtreft. Mijn oprechte dank aan het hotel en ik kom hier in de toekomst zeker terug.
