great boutique hotel in the middle of everything.
Pros:

spacious room. Clean. walking distant to everything.
Staff was great and super helpful. Their English is really good.
I forgot money when I moved to an upgraded room. The 2 cleaning ladies
gave me the money back. They could have kept the money(200) dollars but they didn't. Wow.
I gave them both 25 dollars each. Honest cleaners. Wow, wow, wow.

Cons:

Very disappointing. The rooms and bathrooms were shabby, with old, moldy interiors and worn-out carpets that clearly need renovation. The building itself is old and dilapidated, and the overall condition of the property does not match reasonable expectations for a hotel.
Access was also extremely inconvenient. There was no proper vehicle access to the hotel, so we had to drag our luggage from the corner of the street to the property.
To make matters worse, the plumbing failed after just one rainfall, which raised serious concerns about the building’s maintenance and infrastructure.
I booked this property twice, first time the plumbing failed and we had to rebook another property. Second time we cancelled after seeing the property.
So frustrating when you are traveling with family with kids and have to look for another property at night.
Overall, the hotel is in urgent need of refurbishment, proper maintenance, and much better access for guests. I would not recommend staying here in its current condition, especially if you are traveling with family.

Personnel et emplacement TOP !
Pros:

Le personnel est vraiment ultra gentil. Les personnes qui sont à l'accueil, le groom, et les dames de ménage. Tout le monde est au top. Pour aider de manière sincère et pas intrusive.

L'emplacement est très bien. On est au cœur de l'action en deux pas.

Cons:

Ne ressemble pas du tout aux photos.

La salle de muscu n'est pas sur place, il y a une petite salle mais il faut y aller en scooter ou à pied 4 bonnes minutes. Il n'y a pas de petit déjeuner sur place.

Nous étions dans une chambre tout en haut assez difficile d'accès. Besoin d'un petit coup de rénovation ou ménage.

Pros:

Отель удобно расположен. Персонал отлично говорит на английском, очень любезный, симпатичный, приветливый. Всегда готовы помочь. На ресепшн гостям бесплатно наливают отличный чай, предлагают бананы и вкусные печеньки.

Perfect location
Pros:

Location was perfect, a short walk from nearby markets and food. Staff were welcoming and polite, and were flexible with our need. They also had helpful knowledge of the surrounding area, and were more than happy to give us recommendations. When we went to our room for the first time they had folded towel swans for my girlfriend and I, which was very cute.

In centro, belle stanze.
Pros:

Stanze grandi, pulite, rifornite ogni giorno di the, acqua.
La posizione eccellente (vicino a train street) e la via chiusa al traffico un plus. Sono stati gentilissimi a darci una stanza di backup visto che siamo arrivati molto presto e avevamo figlie piccole con tanto sonno per il viaggio in aereo.

Cons:

Le parti comuni sono da migliorare, con una reception all’altezza e scale migliori. Sarebbe meglio poter avere la colazione.
