Overall Expectations
Pros:

The staff in all areas of services we experienced were brilliant. The receptionist was professional, the breakfast personnel were kind.

Cons:

When stepping out of the elevator on the 6th floor we were meet by the smell of dirty mats in the hallways. The hallway mat was also heavily stained with what looked like 20 years of heavy use.
However, the rooms were clean.

Great value for an excellent hotel!
Pros:

Convenient location and great view of the sea. The amenities were very useful: laundry room, attached CU, laundry facilities, karaoke, arcade, and kiddie land.

A really great stay, just leave out the breakfast!
Pros:

Location was excellent! Very close to restaurants, bars, the town and attractions. The rooftop area and the pool are brilliant, particularly in the sun, there’s a great view from them both. The staff are great, really helpful. From the receptionists to the cleaners, they do such a great job. Also it was so helpful to have a convenience shop on site.

Cons:

Honestly, the breakfast was really poor. If you are thinking of adding it to your booking then absolutely do not, keep your money and for the same price go to the nearby markets or cafes. On the final morning we just didn’t bother. The coffee was fine but the poor quality and selection overall really was a let down.

Goed hotel op mooie locatie, voldoet ruimschoots aan wat je van het hotel mag verwachten
Pros:

Hotel ligt op prachtige locatie en op loopafstand van de 2 mooiste watervallen van Jeju. Praktisch ingerichte kamer met goede bedden. De kamer werd goed schoongehouden.

Cons:

Het ontbijt was eenvoudig, maar voor de prijs/kwaliteitverhouding prima.

La ubicación es muy buena junto al olle market y con multitud de restaurantes. La piscina de la octava planta está genial para darte un baño después de un largo día viajero

Cons:

Se nota que han pasado unos años y las instalaciones se han quedado un pelín anticuadas: moqueta de la planta y grifería del cuarto de baño.

Everything was nice, lots of ammenities, hotel employees speak decent level of English and are willingly to help
Pros:

The position is very good - plenty of restaurants to choice from, nice rooftop pool for relaxation, coin laundry and supermarket at the hotel

Perfect location in Seogwipo!
Pros:

Very good location, close to everything: shops, restaurants and beautiful waterfalls! We enjoyed it very much! Also nice breakfast with a lot of varieties.

Cons:

It would be nice to have some coffee/tea in your room since there's cattle.

- Personnel à l'accueil peu enclin à aider (nous cherchons un couteau pour couper un fruit, le personnel refuse de nous en prêter un).
- Les couloirs du 6eme étage méritent un embellissement (moquette limite sale)
- Petit Déjeuner très moyen (9/20).

Great place to stay in Seongwipo...no infinity pool tho
Pros:

Loved the room,location, parking, game room and noribang!! So fun!! We literally parked in front of the the front door of the hotel and it was fine.

Cons:

Maybe it was a cultural thing; the rooftop pool was billed as an Infinty pool and the pics made it look that way...it was not, there was a lip of the roof higher than the pool and so to us this was a bit disappointing even though the rest of the stay was outstanding.
