Pros:

L'hôtel était parfait. L'emplacement est idéale, dans la vieille ville, l'hôtel se situe à coté d'une école donc à l'heure de fin d'école il peut y avoir des embouteillages mais rien de bien alarmant. Il y a des café, restaurants et les temples sont juste à coté.
Le personnel était gentil, adorable et ultra bienveillant. Le ptit-dej excellent et copieux (propose de la nourriture thai et occidentale), durant la journée il y a du café, thé, eau fraiche à disposition. Possibilité de faire la lessive dans la journée ce qui est très pratique.

Cons:

Juste les horaires de la piscine (7h-19h) ça ferme un peu tôt mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer un excellent séjour.

Good location, poor value
Pros:

The location is good, nice to be inside the old city, easy to stroll around.
The entrance way down red bricks and plants makes it feel really secluded.
The pool looks cool.

Cons:

There were some good things about the hotel, and it isn't a bad place to stay. However, for just over £100 per night, I think it offers bad value for money.

The Wi-Fi was frustrating to use. It regularly required reconnecting through a login page instead of remembering the device.

The breakfast was disappointing. Apart from the freshly cooked eggs and fruit, the selection was very limited. The pastries were consistently stale, and some items had been left out for multiple days.

Cleanliness wasn't at the standard I'd expect at this price. The room had clearly been cleaned, but there was a noticeable build-up of dust on things like the plastic orchid, curtain rail, lampshades and ceiling moulding. One lampshade was stained, and there were smear marks on the mirror.

The bathroom toiletries felt very cheap and didn't match the standard I'd expect from a hotel in this price range.

The staff were polite, but service felt fairly basic. When I asked for advice on renting a car, I was simply told to "try Budget, good luck." It wasn't unfriendly, but I expected more helpful service at this price point.

A security deposit was taken at check-in and, two weeks after checkout, it still hadn't been refunded.

Overall, this would have felt like reasonable value at around half the price. At over £100 per night, especially for a honeymoon stay, it didn't live up to expectations.

I would not stay here again.

There are several schools that are very close and the street has very heavy traffic early morning and evening related to the drops offs and pickups
