Pros:

За свои деньги это прямо очень прекрасный вариант в Тбилиси, 3 минуты до станции метро Марджанишвили, в номере все есть: холодильник, чайник, кружки, ложки, кондиционер, принадлежности для ванной, полотенца.
В шаговой доступности: магазины, кофейни, рестораны.

Cons:

Немного трудновато найти с улицы, вход в "арку" и сам отель находится в глубине двора, было бы здорово сделать вывеску, это единственное, что могу отметить.
