The room was modern but with very little room to move around . The beds were comfortable and not enough storage for clothes .

Cons:

The location was great especially at night around this area unless u walk all the way to roppongi hills . About seedy around the hotel at night . But close by taxi to other locations

Pros:

La posizione è ottima, Roppongi è un gran bel quartiere. Le camere sono molto silenziose. Letti molto ampi e comodi. L’albergo mette a disposizione ombrelli, pigiami, spazzolini, rasoi, insomma tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Il personale è cordialissimo. Pulizia impeccabile.

Cons:

Camere un po’ piccole, noi avevamo le superior. Da un albergo cinque stelle mi aspetto che mi portino le valigie in camera, questo non è stato fatto. Da migliorare, insomma, la prima accoglienza di benvenuto. Vanno curati i piccoli dettagli perché da un cinque stelle a Tokyo ci si aspetta di più. Per il resto, tutto ok.

Kedves és segítőkész személyzet, tisztaság és karbantartottság fogadott minket. A reggeli nagyon jó volt.

Cons:

Kis szoba: a ruhásszekrény túl kicsi, még egy személy sem tudna kipakolni, a bőröndöknek viszont nincs elég hely a szobában.

Pros:

This was our last night in Japan. The hotel has a beautiful bar. They recommended the best sushi restaurant to end our trip. Love the Mitsui garden hotels and shipping luggage from hotel to hotel was a game changer.

Pros:

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Quiet, clean and in a good area which is not too busy yet accessible to restaurants and metro station

Cons:

Lighting in the rooms could be improved. We thought the bathroom area to be a bit dark
