We had a fantastic stay at the Mercure Dartford Brands Hatch Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. A special thank you to Mariana at reception, who was outstanding.She was warm, professional, and incredibly attentive to every detail during check-in,making the whole arrival process smooth and enjoyable.
Our room was lovely, spacious, and spotlessly clean. The bathroom was immaculate, the bed linen was fresh, and everything was sparkling. We also appreciated the wide range of thoughtful amenities provided,it’s those little touches that really make a difference and make guests feel truly cared for.
Although we arrived late and didn’t have the chance to use the swimming pool, the staff kindly allowed us to take a look before it closed. It looked clean, well maintained, and very inviting, and we hope to enjoy it on our next visit.
The hotel’s location is excellent, offering easy access to nearby attractions while providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.
Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable.We highly recommend the Mercure Dartford Brands Hatch Hotel and will definitely be returning.
Put simply, this is the best hotel to stay at if you're visiting Brands Hatch. It's an easy walk to the circuit, and staying there makes everything easy therefore. Dinner is good, breakfast is very good, and everything works.
It's a little annoying to have to pay extra for parking, but that's about it.

Staff were trying their best in what was a very busy weekend and tried their best to come up with a solution to a problem we had.
Phone charger taken from our room on Saturday during the day and replaced with another type of charger and housekeeping did not clean the room the next day so had to go to reception for clean towels, toilet paper and coffee.
Shower leaked.

Came here with my son for the British superbike weekend and wanted somewhere comfortable to stay.
The hotel is literally on the grounds of the race circuit and has got to have the nicest staff I have ever met.
Booked a twin room which was really nice and had a great en suite bathroom, the food was excellent with a great choice of either traditional English or Indian food served in the bar or the restaurant in the evening and breakfast was buffet style with a massive choice of cold and hot food.
Staff are super friendly and make you feel very welcome.
Will definitely be staying again and recommend this hotel 💯 %

It was close to brands hatch racing
The price is so expensive we paid £618.00 for two nights and parking on top the room was nothing special in fact we came last year for one night and had a great room and some complimentary food and drink it’s gone down hill we we’re most disappointed
Room, clean,tidy and comfortable. Rooms not serviced during our three night stay. We're fine with towels not being changed however there is nowhere to dry them for next use,so they remain damp.We requested a change in towels but it didn't happen. Also tea,coffee also not replenished, again for the price would expect that to be done. The TV reception was intermittent regularly losing connection, again reported at reception but no improvement.
Breakfast service was good and buffet regularly replenished. They need new toasters though. Staff friendly and courteous
