Enjoyable and pleasant.
Pros:

Space, bar, restaurant and spa facilities.

Cons:

No mirror in the double room to get dressed apart from what was in the bathroom. Can’t see your total outfit. Also the parking could be a little cheaper.

Great value for money & comfortable stay
Pros:

Very comfortable and quiet room, great shower. Access to spa facilities

Cons:

TV channels and apps didn’t work. Tried to call reception but no one answered (but it was quite late already). Hotel guest discount for parking would be lovely :)

Lovely but awful wedding part
Pros:

Dinner was very nice, steak a tiny bit tough but I still had it both days, loved the bacon/mushrooms, chips were great & crispy.
Cocktails were lovely I recommend the passion fruit cocktail's especially as there was an offer on two.
We had dinner in the restaurant next door as the Sports bar was a little noisy for us .
Pool & jacuzzi was a really nice, pleasant staff & clean changing room

Cons:

On the saturday there was a wedding, large party. They were chatting outside our room at 1pm, the 3pm and at 5.30 there was two drunken men having a lovely chat, I was pretty angry by now and asked them to go away as people were trying to sleep. I supper from insomnia and use sleeping tablets but they were that loud they still woke me up.
Then 5 minutes later one came back phone in his hand loudly asking his wife for the room number , his wife is called deirde & was in the room next door 121 ( we were in 120) but she managed to sleep thru it all, then there was a chat with them two in their before they passed out.
We did have a lovely night on the friday and I know you have no control over customers' but being disturbed that many times was awful.

Good place if staying for the track and the countryside
Pros:

Great location if you are there for the Brands Hatch track. Friendly staff and good rooms. Breakfast is standard.

Only if you have nowhere else to stop
Pros:

The pool area was great. Staff friendly.

Cons:

I hate paying for parking but at £10 it didn't break the bank. Our room was a "privilege" room but was one to stay in! Although the room was very large the only lighting was next to the bed and one bulb was out making it very dark at night. The bed wasn't very comfortable. There was rubbish in the bin from previous occupants, only 1 teabag and milk. To boil the kettle you had to put it on the floor as there were no plugs to reach. The large mirror had no plugs close by and again no lighting. No shampoo or soap in the dispensers. Outside in the hallway it'd looked like there had been a murder, huge red stain that looked like blood. The bar was ok although it could of done with more staff as the poor chap was on his own and tables were not cleared, food was brought out by staff but didn't pick up stuff to take back in. Prices were high but actually the burger, pizza and chicken tasted very good. What I don't like is having 12.5% added to the bill, this isn't America, I like to tip if I feel it's worth it not have it added. Would I stay again? No but as a stop over on the way to the coast and using the pool did relax us at least.

Pros:

The staff were really friendly and helpful upon arrival. Food was nice from the bar. Perfect location for a Brands hatch visit the following day!

Not as good as it was
Pros:

We were attending an event at Brands Hatch so this is a fantastic location right next to the track. The bed was very comfy and the room was spacious and comfortable

Cons:

The breakfast was mediocre only a few staff and rushed off their feet. The slowest toaster ever! The restaurant is in need of an update. All the food tasted low quality the bacon was especially poor and grey in colour. We ate in the restaurant on Saturday night and I had the worst stomach the next day and sadly frequent runs to the bathroom. Had to pay £5 to hire a robe and slippers at the Spa. Also security seemed slack. Fire doors around the hotel were left open so anyone could get in. I would come again but would avoid the breakfast and restaurant

What could be a good hotel spoilt by rough guests
Pros:

Hotel was ideally placed for Brands hatch and has lots of parking.
Staff were helpful and keen to help with an issue we had.
The room was clean and comfortable.
The restaurant was good with an excellennt curry. Staff were again excellent.

Cons:

The caret in the room stank and needs replacing.
The buffet breakfast wasn't of great quality.
Unfortunately the hotel had a large number of dubious looking guests who couldn't behave themselves. Some were obviously under the influence and our corridor stank of drugs in the morning.

Pros:

The breakfast was very good self service and have much as you can eat good selection of cereals and drinks. The staff were also very friendly and helpful the swimming pool and steamroom and sauna was a bonus very relaxing 🙂
