Very good dinner
The hotel is in a good location and was clean and tidy. The receptionist was particularly friendly and helpful and the gym and swimming pool were quite good for a hotel, although the equipment in the gym is a little tired
The main restaurant for the evening meal, I was told it was very busy at 7.30pm so had to book at 8pm however when I arrived at 7.50pm there was hardly anyone there. The waitress was friendly enough but I ordered a drink immediately when I sat down and it took twenty minutes to arrive at which point I had to remind her that she hadn't taken my order. It then took another 25 minutes for my starter to arrive and as I had to remind the waitress that I hadn't received it. There were no more than 10 people in the restaurant.
The other issue is the control panel in the rooms for the air conditioning, even when this is off the control panel lights up constantly, flooding the room with light either waking you up or making it hard to sleep, there must be a better option
Location
Food
La proximité du circuit et le calme à l’hôtel
La chambre n’était pas nettoyée
Les essuies pas remplacés
Poubelle pas vidée etc’´´´´´´
couldn't beat the location just around the corner brands hatch the staff were very helpful ensuring a smooth handling we got the keys straight away and a free drink at the bar.
we didn't have breakfast there we had room only the breakfast there was expensive. so we had breakfast at a cafe a ten minutes away.the decor could do with a update . otherwise it's ok
Literally next door to Brands hatch that I spent the day at.
Pool, gym, restaurants and bar all on sight. Big clean quiet rooms.
No air con in rooms, only in public areas.
No hot water in the morning.
Katakana on reception fantastic explained everything clearly. Breakfast is adequate however the replenishment of item would benefit from being addressed.
Nice room however some form of seating should be provided. The cost seems to vary based on events taking place at Brands Hatch.
Location was perfect for a weekend of racing , Leah the receptionist was exceptional .
Wasn’t the cleanest , windows dirty, carpets stained and wrappers under the bed .
Nice location. The room was clean. The check-in was easy and pleasant.
The walls of the room must have been constructed from paper with no noise damping insulation and i had paid for a superior room on a high floor. I could hear the conversations on the next room clearly, also the noise from the hallway was very loud in the room. Unfortunately the people this level of hotel pricing attracts, do not know or care about looking after their children, which were allowed to run around screaming between the tables whilst people were eating or trying to relax.
