Muy buena ubicación
Caro para lo que ofrece. Ha conocido tiempos mejores. La habitación daba a un patio con un ruido continuo de una máquina que estabas en una fábrica. Había también una luz de incendio encima de la cama bastante molesta que podrían haber ubicado en otra zona
That was very comfortable bed the room was lovely with views of the cathedral the staff were very friendly and helpful the dogs loved it

location in the city was brilliant
The room was so hot (heatwave) we were in the attic and it was too hot - hotter than the lobby and hallways and only a small window opening. The fan was dirty and didnt move the air. This was changed. They also managed to change our room eventually after complaining numerous times. We paid a lot of money for this room (graduation event). The rooms were not comfortable, rather dated and not as clean as I had hoped.

Central location so handy for party venue
Absolutely filthy. Clumps of hair on the bathroom wall, on the bed, on the window sill and in the bed. Filthy stained towel with make up, mold and brown marks on them. Suspect the room was not cleaned after previous guest. There is a clean every three days policy at this hotel and probably made an error. Unfortunately we were rushing for party so did not clock this until we needed to be elsewhere. The hotel was full so swapping rooms was not an option for us.
Check the room thoroughly before accepting would be my advice.
Generally the hotel has seen better days. Tired throughout. TV on wall had no control so pointless.
Would not stay again. Have complaint in with management so will see what their response is. Will update if positive.
Breakfast was a good selection well cooked.
Excellent period hotel.
Lift was out of order. We were warned before visit. But on late arrival there was one person working. They needed a porter.
Das Hotel liegt günstig am Bahnhof, ist aber ruhig. Frühstück ist sehr gut. Ein schönes altes Gebäude.
Es gab bei der Hitze keine Klimaanlage, (aber dafür aber einen Ventilator auf dem Zimmer.)

Nice and central which meant we could explore on foot. Beautiful old building.
The fire alarm went off in the early hours of the morning so we had to evacuate. luckily it was a false alarm. Lift was also out of order which meant lugging bags up and down stairs. Ok for us but difficult for older guests.
