Pros:

The location was perfect, everywhere I wanted to get to was within walking distance.
The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was good, but slightly limited.

Cons:

The bed was slightly uncomfortable as the mattress has seen better days.
The window in the bathroom was broken, so I was unable to keep it open, which wasn't convenient due to the hot weather.
Also the shower wasn't always hot, it depended on what time of day I used the shower to get hot water.

All of these issues were brought to attention when I checked out.

Pros:

Great location, good staff, room was nice enough and beds quite comfortable.

Cons:

No A/C in the room so it was super hot in there. The fan didn't do anything and was covered in dust.

Perfectly located for Exeter sightseeing
Pros:

The hotel was very well located near the obvious Exeter sights such as the Museum and the Cathedral and opposite Exeter Central railway station from which there is a frequent service to Exeter St David's station. I requested a quiet room which was located at the end of a passage with a view of the tops of the Cathedral towers: perfect. The Harelquins centre nearby has several reasonably-priced chain restaurants.

Cons:

I was surprised to be charged £5 to store my bag when checking out and informed that this was on the booking information. This was untrue.

Gedateerd hotel
Pros:

Goed hotel, grote kamers.

Cons:

Hotel is over de houdbaarheidsdatum heen , het voelt sleets. Geen airco, krakende vloeren, matige afvoer, ontbijt zonder vleeswaren en kaas
